Worst customer service experience ever. Walked in to ask a question/guidance about a specific issue I have with Verizon in regards to a trade in. Long story short, I wasn’t able to catch his name but he was a short Asian guy. We hat problems switching from AT&T to Verizon.my Nr got stocked between ports. After 3 days and visiting 2 Verizon Stores and 4 AT&T stores ,spending hours trying to get AT&T costumer Service to release my nr and hearing that Verizon can't help. Thank's to Ahad and a open ear and who wanted to help us.He looked our contract up,more that the other ones did. He called around and called port Support what the others could not fix in 3 days he fixt in 30 min Thanks Ahad, with helping us out and understanding our Problem.

Purchased a prepaid connection here. In-store service was not that great. Was not guided through the steps, was focused only on finishing the transaction. The provider is great btw

When to this store because we wanted to switch carriers. The rep Rigo was not interested at all in selling us the service or phones. I asked what the difference between the phones were and his response was the colors. We ended up going to T-mobile.

We went to this Verizon location with the intention of adding my phone to my fiance's existing plan. There was one sale associate available to greet us. He asked if we had masks and we replied no. He then asked if he could provide us with masks and we said no thank you. He said he would not provide us with any service if we do not put on the masks. To this I replied, "then I won't be switching my services to Verizon" and walked directly out of the store into the mall.Now, we are at the kiosk outside of the Verizon store, waiting for our screen protectors to be installed. The same sales associate that refused me service due to not wearing a mask, came up to the kiosk and removed his mask to speak to the gentleman working on our phones - who at this time was also not wearing a mask. I noticed him and pointed out his hypocrisy. He responded by saying he can do whatever he wants and referred to this location repeatedly as "his store."We were still trying to finish our transaction as he grew more aggressive to the point of getting another Verizon employee involved. The pair continued to engage in harassment and intimidation, staring at us from outside of the Verizon store for the entire duration of our mall visit.So please tell me Verizon, does company policy permit your employees to be on the clock and in uniform, outside of the store harassing mall customers?

What an experience I had with manager Herb. He is not only lazy to provide service for Verizon customers but also is incredibly rude and offensive not only to the customers but his own employees. I understand working in retail can be frustrating at times but Herb’ attitude is completely out of line, mistreating people around him. Honestly I am truly sorry for the employees who works with the person like Herb. In my opinion, he should get fired from Verizon as I can tell you that he is not fit for managing retail store, let alone working in retail setting. Shame on you, Herb.

The worst location ever! I was a customer of verizon Woodfield for many years in this location but never had issues like that before (even though I saw bad reviews about this location)I was a Samsung customer since G1 came on the market, lately, I decided to give a try to new iPhone 13 pro, plus verizon had 800 trade in a discount for the old phone. I spent almost two hours buying it and the same time it took to claim trade-in the old phone (STAY AWAY from 'KAMAL' he have no idea what he is doing). While returning my phone I decided to make a surprise for my wife and buy the same phone for her since they have a good discount on upgrades.Most fun I got when I bring my wife phone to get an 800 discount for it. It took Kamil over an hour typing something on his device and then he told me that the promotion is ended before a day I bought the phone and there is no 800 discount anymore. I asked why they didn't inform me on the day of purchase so I'll don't buy it? The answer I got from the manager was that they don't have to inform you about discounts and it basically is my problem! I lost $800 and they don't care about it at all. NOBODY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS IN THERE

Not helpful at all ! Tried to port a number from another carrier but not able to ! Rico is the worst ! Do not expect a quality service ! Not sure if a company store or reseller! Don't waist your time ! Go to the nearest corporate store on Higgins on Target lot !

I went to Verizon at Woodfield to activate my phone. Manager said call customer service or call this number and he doesn’t want to help me at all and he doesn’t really care. This branch sucks.When I call the number it never answers and instead music play all day l. Tmobile service way better i guess. Don’t go to this branch you will only end up wasting your time

The worst Verizon location. Came to the store at 4:30 but had to wait 10 minutes at the entrance (there was no line btw) still no one showed up, had to open the door myself, walked in to the store and there are 2 dudes doing a job of one person. Told me there is a wait time which is one hour, I am ok with that, to which they responded that they would be closed in an hour. Dear Verizon, do you have different hours (close at 5:30) or just hire lazy people?
