The pharmacy closed for their meal break early. They told me I would need to come back after their meal break to get my prescription even though I was at the window before they were scheduled to be on break.

Mike, Juliana, & Shivani are outstanding representatives of Walgreens pharmacy. Kind, respectful, hard-workers, all with a smile. Today, especially busy, I observed them working together like a “well oiled machine.” Willingly and easily helping each other without leaving any customers waiting for help. Really amazing to watch. Thank you for exceptional customer care!!

Nice Walgreens location that’s stocked pretty regularly and not busy. Mike & Sunny in the Pharmacy are knowledgeable, always very helpful and answer all your questions. Prescriptions are always filled fast even when they are just called in/ordered by your Doctor.
The store is always very clean and well organized. They do offer weekly deals and specials on their app.

The pharmacist Mike is extremely intelligent, efficient, fast, and knows me by name when I walk in which is amazing. He is the reason why I go to this Walgreens and won't go anywhere else.
I wish there were more pharmacists like him

I really enjoyed this Walgreens. I’m going out of town so it was very welcoming. And the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The new manager Prince Patel is terrible. Very rude and inappropriate. I had an app and tried to buy toilet paper using mobile app coupon but for some reason I couldn't login. I showed him the digital coupon and asked him to override it. He was adamant even though other manager a few days ago easily overrode the price and let me use coupon. I ended uo waiting my energy and time and went to another walgreens where different manager easily assisted me and let me use a digital coupon without logging in.

Arrived at this Walgreens in the evening of 11/15/23 and after gathering 4 items to buy, went up front to the counter / checkout area to pay. I saw two employees walk away from there about a couple minutes prior. I ended up waiting up there at least 4 minutes and looked discretely around to see if anyone would notice me. A female employee ended up walking within 25 feet of me no less than four times with her back turned as she proceeded to look at and talk into her phone . She never once looked for customers; and I watched her go back to the photo area three times to keep talking on my phone.It took a non-manger male employee to eventually notice me, and he immediately rang mw up and was courteous and respectful.

Poooooor pooooor poooooor service from the cashier. He literally threw everything we had in the bags. He had such a bad attitude. He said I'm having a bad day as he continued to throw everything. We told him if anything is broken we're going to get a new one he said I don't give a f%#k. Absolutely shocked with his service for a Walgreens employee. We even told him we hope his day gets better and he still shit serviced us. He was like I said I was sorry (not sorry if you ask us) This Walgreens is 770 E Schaumburg Rd, Schaumburg,IL 60194.
