Absolutely terrible experience with Walgreens’ photo services! We took a passport photo and requested an electronic copy, but they didn’t send it at first. When they finally did, it was in the wrong format. We went back to the store for help, but the manager was rude, completely unhelpful, and didn’t even know how to email a photo in the 21st century! The staff clearly has no idea what they’re doing. If you need a photo for documents, avoid Walgreens. You’ll just waste time and energy!

The prescriptions are never filled when you go to pick them up even if it’s days later. I was told I could come back at 11 because that is when I got off work and I came at 11 and the same girl said sorry we’re going on lunch even though she is the one who told me to come back at 11. Really frustrated with the workers at this location.

Don’t come here for flu shot. There are very unorganized and unprofessional. Took more than 30mins only to check in even though we checked in and filled out all the forms online prior to show up.

5 stars, but I do not want to go into a Walgreens and feel like someone is nonverbally making me feel uncomfortable for being around the condom section as a woman for my pleasure if its okay for people to buy fermented fruit alcohol and drink that smelly stuff and make them money like it doesnt cause DUI's and drunk behavior and hurt individuals. I do not feel free and comfortable as a woman. I feel like Im living in Salem Massachusettes because of people and I dont like it.

Nice staff but for years the management haven’t figured out how to run it smoothly. Always a wait, always behind, always telling me they just got the rx 2 min ago after I call 1 hr after drs visit to ask about my kids prescription (it wasn’t 2min ago, it was 1 hr ago but you didn’t look or whatever other reason you had to not fill it right away). Can’t stand that place any longer. Will be moving all my family rx to CVS or express scripts. Too bad cause it’s a convenient location, but can’t deal with inefficient any more.

My mom called the pharmacy and asked how long her prescription would take because she has a bladder infection she asked nicely to get it sooner and Greg the man working said they're not a McDonald's wow that's pretty disgusting how I had to hear him say that to my mom on speakerphone
