I was appalled by the service received at the meat counter. A person by the name of 'Ernie' waited on me and had a horrible attitude. He served me a ribeye (only after he finished talking to his coworker -he decided to acknowledge me) and a piece of pork belly (after stomping back behind the glass to cut me a half of piece and throwing the remaining piece in the meat case). I asked him if he had a problem with me and he said there is a lot of customers in line (which shouldn't make any difference when waiting on anyone selecting meat). Please note there were a few customers but there were two other people working at the meat counter. After he finished waiting on me he went to the back behind the glass and didn't immediately wait on any customers (so that could not have been the reason). I reported his behavior to the customer service manager and he said he will follow up with his manager Katie (sp?). Hopefully I will have a better experience when approaching the meat counter at Whole Foods next time.

I was over by the hot food section and I heard one of the employees/cooks mumbling to himself some pretty negative things. I heard him mumbling that pizza was bad and that he wanted something bad done to himself. I can't type exactly what he said.

The pizza here is good, but I have had yet another problem with customer service. The worker at the pizza bar does not help at all. I wanted to get a whole pizza and I asked him if I could get the entire pizza, he told me it was self serve when there are no pizza boxes for a whole pizza. It is like he expected me to put every single pizza slice into an individual box. He then burned and threw out other pizzas right in front of me. Thankfully a worker who is most likely the manager, a Hispanic guy, came to clean out the dirty burnt oven and helped us. I asked the manager how long would it be until another whole pizza will come out of the oven and then the first guy came and told the manager that he should not tell me as he has already told me? Again, the first guy completely ignored me and refused to help me. This is not the first time this has happened. I like the pizza, but because of this I really do not want to go and buy pizza from there. What really upsets me is that there is another worker, an Japanese girl but she has excellent customer service, but all she does is push carts instead. She greets my family and I every time we come with a smile. While there is the guy who makes pizzas that has terrible customer service.

Love the food organic everything I can get from there. And the discounts you get for being an Amazon prime manner l member is also what I like.

I love this place because it has it's own little bar and place to enjoy your meal or coffee alone or with company. You can buy a bottle of wine inside the grocery and drink it there. There is also a wide variety of prepared food such as soups, salads, sandwiches, meats and pastries that you can purchase and enjoy. We used to meet up with our friends here when we just needed a place to catch up. We would buy steak in the meat section and had it grilled for us for only a dollar per steak!

I recently had an unfortunate experience at the Whole Foods store that compelled me to share my concerns. While I have always been a fan of fantastic products and the overall ambiance of the store, my recent encounter with shop assistant Mayra left a lasting negative impression. I was disheartened by her unprofessional behavior, which not only ruined my day but also tainted my perception of the otherwise excellent service your store is known for.I believe it is crucial for management to be aware of the impact individual employees can have on the overall customer experience. I hope this feedback will be considered constructively to maintain the high standards your brand is known for.Putting 1 star so management would be awarded.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to seeing improvements in the future.

They have really good pizza & bread still but the loaves are half the size and more expensive plus the pizza slices are inconsistent one will be tiny another will fit the box 2 for 7.50 not worth it for the price they ask used to do most grocery shopping for fruits an veggies along with beef & chicken for my family n King salmon for me I’m mostly vegan, but since Bezo’s bought Whole Foods prices are sky high so I stick to shopping Aldi for all my staples, organic hamburger chicken along with Fresh Thyme & Jewel. ? it makes way more fiscal sense to pay 2-3 dollars less at these stores compared to WF high prices now. ???

Bakery seems understaffed and overwhelmed. The biggest reason for my review is the Vegan Donuts which were the best donuts ever, are discontinued. Seems this store is just getting worse since the Amazon takeover. Also most prices are inflated rip-offs. We will only be there for some apples because they were great. Overall expensive, snobby, and now no donuts. Just like most shopping in Crook County, an absolute disappointment. Schaumburg looking bad down Golf Road these days, lots of abandoned buildings.

Must admit, haven't gone to Whole Foods in a while, and it used to be my go to place. But I was very disappointed. Completely understaffed; especially the deli counter. Staff seemed nice but overwhelmed; other shoppers seemed to be in "combat mode". Heard a couple of arguments over who was next in line or trying to get the last item. Also, pricing is confusing (everything has 3 prices, a regular price, a sales price and an Amazon Prime price). I'm sure there are better Whole Foods in the area and I'm positive better Supermarkets.

Today's experience at the Schaumburg Whole Foods deserves NO rating. Just bad....What kind of a customer service supervisor/manager offers $1.00 from his own wallet to a customer? Checked my receipt before leaving the store. Noticed a cashier made a mistake so walked over to the customer service desk. Explained I got overcharged. He wasn't very pleasant to begin with but he said it's adjusted and the difference will go back to my credit card. But I noticed he still charged incorrectly so I asked him to correct again. Then he pulled out $1.00 from his own wallet and hand it over to me to take. REALLY??? Is this how he and his team treats customers? Is this normal practice from the Whole Foods? I got so offended, I asked to returned the item. I told the guy, supposedly he said he was a supervisor/manager that I will not be returning back to this location and he said OK, fine. First time in 20 years I had such a bad service from Whole Foods. Very disappointing!!!!

I just threw up all my food I just had from here. It was the rice, beef and peppers that were in one of those containers. I don’t know if it was expired or dropped on the floor, but my body rejected it. I’ve never gotten sick nor had any allergies. I instantly felt better afterwards. It grossed me out. You guys might want to check on your food better!!
