Staff is nice and helpful. Stock is hit or miss. They are frequently out of the items I am looking for. Prices are average. I've paid more and I've paid less but I'm not accustomed to tipping retail clerks just for ringing up my items and I don't really like it.

I live out of state and stopped in this shop right before closing time. Tammy took the time to answer my questions and exceeded expectations. I would happily return to this shop for any vaping needs.

Purchased a new mod and tank. 15 days later the top of the mod fell off. Warranty through the shop is only 14 days. They technically didn't do anything wrong but I would have liked a little more sympathy. Going somewhere else to get a new mod

Every time I go to this location I get charged something new when I always purchase the same 2 products it’s always $3-$4 less or more depending on the employee working. Staff doesn’t seem happy to be there not how it was before.

Bought a disposable yesterday and it died about 18 hours later (Posh with 5,000 puffs), said they don’t do exchanges and had to buy another one? Even small vape/tobacco business offer exchanges for faulty items. Bad business practice and bad customer service experience.

Girlfriend recently purchased a vape pen from this location. She was skeptical about it because the pods were side loading and she was worried about leaking. The employee told her at purchase that if she wasn’t satisfied with it that she could bring it back within 14 days to return it. It started leaking after one day. She went to return the purchase but was told that there was in fact a no return policy. Besides being given misinformation by a company employee. The other employee told her that they would “talk” to the confused employee. Offered no consolation. But did try and sell her a new vape instead on top of the 60 plus dollars she already spent on a product. Terrible customer service on something that wasn’t even her fault. I’d take my business elsewhere.

Don't recommend. Was uneasy about trying a vape product out but was convinced by a staff member if I didn't like it I could return it within 14 days. I had Immediate leakage problems from both pods the product came with and tried to return it the very next day. I was told by a different staff member they don't accept returns unless it was a manufacturer's defect, which I'm not sure how the pods not sealing right isn't a manufacturer's defect. Instead of fixing my original issue he tried to sell me more pods with the excuse that "the ones that come with the vape usually are the worst." Like I want to risk wasting more of my money. So now I'm out over $50 for a product I won't use.

I bought a glass piece and I was very careful with it. As soon as I unwrapped it, it was broken in half. I called them up to see if I could at least exchange it and they said they will make an exception. They don't usually do returns or exchanges. The owner even offered me an extra 20% off my next purchase.
