Called to see if they do last min walk ins 40 min before closing time . They said come on in! Nice, friendly, and helpful staff. Car came out looking clean !! 1st timer and will definitely come back

Clear some spots were not cleaned. Didn’t wipe where they stepped and broke my air fresher clip and my cup with no acknowledgment. Obviously whom ever dropped it knew it broke, said nothing. Floor mats were sopping wet.

The service was good and affordable yesterday, but without free coffee and cookies. My carpet was cleaned within 20 minutes. I think people can put windows open after the cleaning for at least 1 hour in order to avoid headaches from cleaning chemicals

I am very unhappy. I let the gentleman convince me to get an executive wash, which includes inside and outside, washing and drying the car mats. When I received my vehicle there was a sour smell like the towels they used weren’t clean, my car still had crumbs and debris, and there were multiple spots on the windows, doors and interior. The solution for the smell was to spray more air freshener and I eventually took the towel to wipe the exterior of the car myself. I will not be back. It is too much money for a job that feels like it was rushed and incomplete.
