I bought a car from this dealership and I highly highly recommend doing business with them. We worked with Tyler and Chris and it was pleasure doing business with them. They were honest and straightforward from the moment we walked into the dealership.Tyler was the first sales person we worked with. He showed us the car and provided us with great details that answered all of the questions we had. He really found us the specific car we wanted.Chris was the general sales manager that we worked with when it came to negotiating the deal. He honored his words from the first time we walked into the dealership. He got us a great deal on the car that included the extended warranty. People appreciate doing deals with people that are honest and he exemplifies that.

This review is for Justin Clemmensen. Any time I have tried financing a car in 10 years at other dealerships, I've always felt forced when people would crowd me, ask a million questions during a test drive, or constantly ask me about financial situations that are not necessary to the buying process. Justin was understanding and professional throughout my entire time at the dealership. Justin has done what no other dealership in history has ever gotten me to do, buy a car from a dealership. Justin did not provide any headaches, and I was given options about what I wanted prior to them running my credit which made me very happy because I felt there was no risk. I live about an hour and a half away from the dealership, but I would make the drive again when buying my next vehicle. Other car dealerships need to use this location as a template for how to speak and work with customers. Justin did absolutely amazing!

I do not recommend going to this location in Illinois if you want a smooth experience. I brought my car in for service 2 weeks ago because the sensor for my hood kept going off and my car was shaking. They fixed the hood sensor but told me they needed to order a part for the shaking. They did not notify me when the part arrived, so I had to call them. I made an appointment for yesterday, and they initially said it would take 2-4 hours. However, when I arrived, they told me I had to leave my car there for the entire day. They did not have any loaner cars available. I called them this morning, but they did not provide an estimated time and promised to call me back, which they never did. After work, I took an Uber to the location, and they told me I had to wait for an hour and a half. They did not inform me when my car was ready; I had to ask. When they brought my car out, the hood sensor that they supposedly fixed malfunctioned again. Additionally, my visor was broken, and the manager was very rude. He initially denied fixing the hood sensor until he searched it up and then tried to blame me for the broken visor. I strongly advise against choosing this location if you want a hassle-free experience. If I could give 0 stars I would honestly

I do not recommend going to this location in Illinois if you want a smooth experience. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Don't recommending bringing your car here.I brought my car in for a dashboard issue. When I dropped the car off I specifically told them that my car had recently been ceramic coated and not to touch the exterior of the car and especially not to wash it.I picked my car up when it was raining and once I got home and the car dried off, I noticed swirl and scratch marks all over the car. I looked at the invoice and it states that the car was washed.I called them and they refuse to acknolwedge scratching up my car's week old ceramic coating when I specifically told them all the details. They showed me a video fo me picking up the car in the rain, which proves aboslutely nothing that happened during the 7+ days the car was there. Instead of fixing the real issue, they decided to apply wax on the hood without asking me and the General Manger takes 0 responsibility for what his workers did. Service manager named Raul tried to convince me that applying wax on top of a ceramic coating would be the way to "fix it." It only shows how much they actually know about things that a car dealership should know.Now have to go through court to get my money back as I have clear pictures of my car before and after as proof.

You see a lot of reviews naming Justin Clemmesen as the go-to sales person and they are not wrong. From beginning to end he made the entire car buying experience as smooth as possible. Everyone from sales to finance were amazing to work with and have definitely earned my business.There were no high-pressure sales tactics or finance jargon that can confuse you. Everything was explained clearly and I walked out of there with the utmost confidence that I made the right call with Alfa Romeo, with Zeigler, and with Justin.
