Please read before you decide to go there. Both to either buy or service your Maserati. Here's where the fun starts, and I heard stories about Ziegler prior to my interaction with them. Many people warned me, that they are literally the worst. Well, you go to dealership to get your car fixed, under the warranty, what can go wrong right? What I went through with these people is a nightmare, I had to get a Maserati of USA involved. They damaged my dashboard and tried to hide it. When I left my car for original repair I informed the person from the service department to put a sunshade if my car is out on the sun. I also left a note right on my gauges up front saying the same. So anyone driving my baby would see it. So after noticing that damage I told them I'm keeping the loaner back, so they ordered the part. Few days later I'm getting a call saying that it's not them who damaged it, its the sun. So obviously they won't admit, but the explanation they chose was.. not the best one. I'm like, so did you put that sunscreen as I asked you to? Aaahhh, we did not. It's obviously the mechanic who damaged it, dash was not mounted back correctly, and I had a brand new dashboard already replaced under a CPO, that was actually damaged by the sun. That is why I'm so crazy about not leaving he car on a sun without a sunscreen. But funny because sun damaged completely different part of this dash before. Next day I'm getting another phone call "we need our loaner back, today". I'm like what? Not like "sir, would it be ok...". Straight up, "we need our loaner back", while im waiting for that part they've damaged. "Yeah, you can drive your car and when the part comes you can set an appointment with us". So you damaged my vehicle and have guts to tell me that? Yea, we need the loaner back. This was Raul, manager, not having guts to talk to me. This poor girl had to call me because "manager" has no balls to do that, not mentioning any type of apologies. I heard them talking when I politely said its kind of not right to damage clients vehicle and take the loaner back where part was already ordered. So that is where I had Maserati of USA to step in. Thanks to them I'm receiving a phone call again from Ziegler "Sir, you can keep the loaner", yea, great right? Part finally came, they said they fixed what they had damaged, Friday afternoon I headed straight there, all excited I'm finally getting my car back. I really thought it's over with them, just wanted to get my car an leave. When i came back there I literally could not believe what I saw. Same damage as originally, and they were telling me this piece is supposed to be like this. So first it wasn't and they blamed the sun, now the new piece looks the same but they couldn't push the "sun thing" so they're telling me it supposed to look like this. So i took this one guy and showed him a brand new Quattroporte there, "do you see what it should be?" He goes, you know, we tried but it's all this mechanic could do. I decided to leave, made an appointment with a different dealership, they saw the car and said it's unacceptable, this isn't fixed right. Plus its not the sun, its 100% mechanics fault, per other dealer. So again, third time same part is being ordered, will finally be put by an authorized mechanic who knows what he's doing. Ziegler is a laughing stock amongst people, now I know why. The way I was treated, it's mind-blowing. Not mentioning scratches on my rear driver's side door that I saw the next day. Too late now, I'll get that buffed. If you have a Maserati, you probably love your car more than anything else. If you are planning on buying one, remember this, you will be stuck with Ziegler for further services if you buy there. And I wanted to give them good reviews, I wanted to get my car and leave happy, and come back again.Unfortunately, this place is a joke, do yourself a favor, find a

I bought a Grecale a couple months ago. Brand new car and every other time I tried to start the car the battery was dead. After it was in 3 or 4 times, they finally did an update and it hasn't been dead since. What got me upset was when it wasn't working, they wanted me to jump it and trickle charge it instead of coming out and helping me with the dead car that they JUST sold me. Now in between the car being completely dead, it also wouldn't start and said I had to put the fob in the console to start the car. First, very bad place to have to put the key to start the car - people store things in it, that's what it's for. Secondily, about 90% of the time, the car doesn't start and I'm stuck trying to leave with a car that won't start. AND to top it off, I have called service multiple times when the car won't start and they don't even answer the phone. This will be my last Maserati. Horrible, horrible customer service for how much money you're spending and again, a new car.

I just bought used Maserati Ghibli. I was very happy with JC, he worked with me on purchase price as well as my trade in. I would highly recommend JC to anyone that is looking for great Maserati experience. I hope that the Service Department will be great as well, I guess I will find that out in the future.

Overall, it's a nice dealership. Justine & Jeremy are both great guys and helpful. There was some miscommunication between what was advertised and what actually was there they as far as going back to Maserati to see if they could find the issue, and the Maserati build sheet said one thing and the window sticker said something else, so since the car did not have that 1 thing we want I think we're going to pass on it, but if it was what we wanted they would hav gotten 5 stars and probably a sale

I like coming here for the service since the quality of care is outstanding. The car is taken care amazingly each time. Nice spot to rest and relax in the mean time. I love their car wash, so diligent and spotless. Thank you so much!Just the time...it takes long time...longer then they tell me. Today over 3 hours for oil change, check up of the car and wash ... Also expensive ?

I have just had one of the most ridiculous dealership experiences with this dealer. Called them in the morning to check availability of a car that I saw advertised on Auto Trader. Availability confirmed, they even sent me a text confirming appointment. I show up and they tell me it is being used as a service loaner. I drove 45 minutes to get there to hear that? Wow. I walked out and never called them again.

I bought my Lexus with the help of Tony G. at Zeigler Maserati, and it was the BEST experience. If you want someone who will take care of you, Tony is the guy. Truth be told, every single person I have spoken with there has been so kind and helpful. I had a big issue with the nav system in my 2015 car, and it was completely taken care of for me. That’s better service than you get at Lexus themselves! I will definitely come back to Zeigler for my cars in the future.

Offered me 19k for my car and can’t fix it for 3 month, charged me money for 6 days diagnostic, will go to another place never come back, also they scratched my car, overpriced a lot due too current market, if you have a chance, go to any dealer, avoid this. They will scratch your car, they will charge you overpriced… be careful…

I saw a car online and went to see the car. First of all, they make it seem as they're doing you a favor by selling you this car. It took about 5 hours to see the car agree on a price then for them to go back on their word. We initially disagreed on the price and I was going to leave, but the manager changed his mind and agreed on my offer. I had some conditions with the agreement and he said no problem. They ran my credit to start the financing then changed their mind on the negotiation because of one of my conditions. So in the end, I walked out because they wanted to raise the price even though the initial agreed upon conditions were all included.

Had the pleasure of working with raul, Steve, and Matt.Raul and I were going back and forth for a while and he was very patient the whole time and answering any questions and helping me out.Matt went for a ride along with me and took the time to explain many things about the vehicle and I appreciated that he didn't try to sell me unnecessary things he just told me what was actually needed for my Maserati.I could tell that they were doing their best to get me in and out efficiently and took extra time to answer all my questions I could tell they really were trying to help me will definitely be coming back.
