Our service experience was not good overall. The work was a bit slow and the car was almost not released on the date that the agent we spoke to initially promised because he was on vacation that week. The repair work was also not done properly because there were two small dents in the car's paint after the work was done.

Caliber was great. All staff was friendly, they got my car done early and even left the inside vacuumed and cleaned. John was super communicative and everyone there is super knowledgeable and talented at what they do! Would take it back there if I ever need anything and would highly recommend!

I went to Caliber Collision to get a repair because my car got hit at a parking lot at work and I would 100% recommend them. The staff was super friendly and nice. They explained what repairs going to be done as well as showed me visually on my car. I was told an estimated time and then called on updates. I was really content with the service and left with a peace of mind.
My car had a deep scratch and the side panel had also been scratched. It was replaced and my car was repainted!! I got it back within a few days and I was amazed at how perfect it was. 💖🙂

Brought my Subaru WRX over to them after a major front end accident. I spoke with Jimmie at caliber who went above and beyond getting my vehicle up and running again. The GM David also assisted with my claim in terms of extra add-ons while it was with them. The technicians that physically worked on my car also deserve recognition. They were left with a mess of a vehicle and transformed it back to preloss condition. Couldn't tell it was in an accident. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for your next repairs.

If I could give over 5 stars I would. I don't write reviews often, but John is extremely friendly and kept me informed the entire time. My car got hit a few months ago, and they repaired my car way earlier than expected. Mechanics are also extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you guys!!
