Bad enough chase banks don't count change anymore, this bank has no drive up windows. What bank don't have a drive thru in this day and age. Who wants to get out of there car after long day at work to do a transaction. Stay away from this location if you want ease and convince.

They have an ATM....that doesn't dispense cash. It's also not labeled, so I waited in a ridiculous line, just to get to a machine that cannot help me. Having an ATM (AT A BANK) run out of cash is bad enough, but to not label it either, is just asinine. They obviously have no regard for their customers' time. Time to explore other banking options.

I'm not a Customer of them, But I'm a Local. ME and my sister where going to go to "NICKEL CITY" so she has a handful of coins, I walked in there, Asked the lady if she could change it for her and make them nickels. "DO you have a Account" First things out her mouth, Lady, We just want nickels, Plus she's not old enough to have a account. Either way, we went across to JIM liquor 6$ of nickels, without any questions. Sometimes this banks are to big to really care about the common folks. My bank of America would of done it,

Chase bank does not accept coin money. A Chase customer let me know this as I was walking in. I did have paper money to deposit as well so the trip was not a complete waste but it boggles my mind that a bank does not accept money. Either way, this is a modern bank with options to use an ATM via drive thru or between the lobby doors and the main entrance. There are human tellers as well as digital teller machines that aid in depositing and withdrawing money.

Terrible service. Waited an hour to get a lost card replaced. No sense of urgency in this branch.

Went to the Schiller Park Chase today to try to open a checking/savings account because I received a promotional flyer in the mail. There was only one other customer in line ahead of me (with 2 associates already assisting other customers). Shortly after I arrived, one of the associates took the person ahead of me, so I would be next. Then I waited. And waited. And waited some more. Over 20 minutes pass and I am still waiting, so I left. One of the bank supervisors said that someone could help me as I was already leaving, but I was tired of waiting...and if it takes them THAT long to do anything, I wouldn't want to waste my time there anyway. I am currently a Bank of America customer, and it looks like I am remaining a Bank of America customer.

I closed my business checking account so I didn't qualify to have a premium personal account. They started charging me $20 each month instead of $12. The website says $12, when I was opening this account It was mentioned $12 but they deiced to charge me $20 without any notice.

Compared to TCF this bank is phenomenal . I don't see any funky charges on my account like I would have on my other banks.

This is more a review of the corporation than this branch. I had recently deposited a check at an ATM. Because there was a problem with the deposit they debited my account and sent the check back to me by mail. However, NO ONE AT CHASE CONTACTED ME. I went on-line days later to balance my checkbook and by that time had been hit with $204.00 worth of fees. This was a month ago and I am STILL dealing with them. I just got off a half hour phone call where I was transfered FIVE times, only to be told the approval process takes five days, even though whne I called Monday last week the representative on the phone told me it'd be there last Wednesday. They got five days, otherwise they bought a lost customer and eternal bad press from me for $204.00. Hope it's worth it Chase.

I have to admit I was skeptical about moving to Chase Bank but I am so happy that I did. They treat you like royalty and truely want to help you with all your banking needs. I have to give Monica 5 stars for helping me to chose the right accounts for my needs and advising me about my condo business account. The bankers and tellers at this bank are very professional. No bank I have been in compares to Chase!!

I hated Chase when they first took over my Bank One which ate up my Bank of Chicago. I still hold onto my Bank One card with the Chicago skyline on it for dear life by the way. It's expired but that's completely besides the point. The point it, while in California it's impossible to try to deposit funds into a bank that's over 2,000 miles away so one of the bankers sent me a ton of bank by mail envelopes so I'd never have to drag myself to a currency exchange and get some of my precious money taken away from me as convenience fees. What's more exciting is when I walked into a branch location today, the customer service agent took an old ATM card of mine, readjusted my PIN number, told me about a new checking account I'm eligible for now and sent me more bank by mail envelopes. Well Chase Bank, WaMu may be holding onto their ankles, but I'm certainly happy with you!
