I dropped off some paperwork to open a business account and the person I was suppose to speak with wasn’t there. I’ve been back a couple times to pick up my paperwork after I opened with a different branch of Huntington and low and behold the person never to this day contacted me and I still don’t have my paperwork. ATM is almost always not working they don’t take change so I can deposit it into my account. How I miss TCF everything could be done at once. This bank is horrible

If I could leave no stars I would they get you to sign up an account but don’t tell you they will put a hold on all checks even payroll for 7 days so you can’t get any of your money and then say it’s because it’s a new account who holds someone’s entire paycheck for 7 days sorry kids we will eat NOTHING this week because the bank won’t free up even a little of my paycheck DO NOT RECOMMEND horrible bank and horrible people work here

Let me say that if you are trying to do a wire transfer here, you're better off going to a currency exchange.Not only did I spend 50 minutes of my hour lunch break here, I got home to realize that the incompetent teller typed the wrong account number. I first showed her my phone with the account # which wasn't good enough, she had me write it on paper and she still messed it up.This payment was a deposit for a 2023 new model vehicle list and first come first serve by deposit time stamp. She just screwed me out of this car.Time to take my money to Chase.
