These people really suck. They replaced my water pump and I had to bring it in a few days later because it was leaking. Ivan told me that the water pump he installed was under warranty but he had to charge me an installation fee again. Personally I think he scammed me and never installed a new water pump the first time, though I was charged. There is a real scumbag mechanic that works there with a thick foreign accent who looks like Harpo Marx. He is really rude, never smiles or welcomes you in the shop. When I walked in for service he saw me then turned his back on me leaving me waiting. Perhaps he doesn't like Americans. After he drove my car up front to be picked up, he left his greasy rubber glove on my front seat and it looks like he used my car's floor carpet to clean the grease off the bottom of his shoes.

I have been going to this auto mechanic shop for over 12 years and I have to say the owner Ivan is the most dishonest and the biggest liar you can meet. Last week i went for an oil change and asked him to check my car suspension , because it was making noises when I was driving the car over uneven pavement.Ivan checked my car and said that the rear control arms links on my car needed to be replaced. I asked for a quote to how much it would cost he checked the computer and said that it would cost me 185$ to replace both rear control arm links. He said he needed to order them from the dealership, so he would have next day I said that is fine I will call back to schedule an appointment for next week. Well today I called him to see if he received the parts he said yes and I can stop by to fix my car.I went and I left my car 4 hours later a came back to pick it up. When he gave me my bill he asked for 321$ I asked him why he is charging me that much after he quoted me different price he said he doesn't remember saying something like that and he started saying he quoted me only for the parts which is completely lie. Ivan auto care is a place I would never go back to service my car...

This is a place Ive been goin on since they have opened. Dinko is a Extremely knowledgeable mechanic that I will never change. He works on all our cars and my friends cars as well and we love him for taking care of our cars like his own.
