Horrible customer service never return phone calls after numerous of times calling. Didn’t file taxes correctly then don’t have time to fix mistake they want us to call IRS OURSELVES. Why pay for service then. Never again. P.s. please don’t reply with the same copy and paste message that everyone is getting sorry for this please call us. Is to late for that Have to find a accountant who going to take time and sit with you to fix this

Totally lack why kind of professionalism.. didn't explain anything to me my taxes took forever to come back with basically half of them disappeared.. was told I would receive an email for their Debit card they pushed on me and I received nothing and when I called for help I was approached with attitude.. Next year I'll be going somewhere else I mean pay 500$ for what no help and no answers and no Rapid refund as they state...

One of the best experiences I've had in a while. I loved working with Idalia she was so sweet and explained everything so well. It made me feel more comfortable filing. And I will definitely be coming back to her again next year.
