they moved/towed my AWD SUV, to a different area of the lot without notice. How do I know it wasn't damaged? I arrived to pick up my vehicle and panicked when it wasn't where I left it and noticed all vehicles were suddenly parked parallel to the building instead of perpendicular to the building where the parking spot lines are painted
This is the third time using it and first time with this issue. I would reconsider in the future

I have been using this spot since 2021 every time I fly. I highly recommend parking here. The place is monitored by security cameras and I have never had any incidents with my car being damaged or broken into.

I needed to make an unexpected last minute trip quick trip in/out of Chicago on Christmas Eve and returned Christmas Day. O'Hare Personal Valet service was able to significantly make an impossible 24 hours a little easier. I was still able to take advantage of the car wash service including the interior detailing even though it was Christmas Eve! It was such a treat to come back into an immaculately cleaned automobile upon arrival. The pickup and drop off service was performed exactly as advertised. The communication was consistent and reliable. Thanks Joe B!

This service is amazing and I am so sorry we are just now finding out about it!!!! Getting our luggage to the gate was worth every penny. I sent a text when we were at the gate and then another text when we received our luggage. Absolutely seamless process.

Recommendable! I didn't have much confidence in SpotHero Parking when I booked it, because of its location and because it was the cheapest, but check-in and check-out was very easy and it is very close to the airport. The car was not damaged or lost, and although the parking lot keeps the gate open, there are 2-3 security cameras.

Easy to park and check in and check out via the QR code posted on the lot. Parked for 15 days; everything went well. Team responds very quickly to email (flight was delayed 2 hours; no problem). Recommend!

We used this service for a recent trip and it's now going to be our go-to for getting to and from ORD! We have a toddler and it's immensely helpful to have them in their own car seat with the added bonus of a curbside drop off for checking all the necessary luggage that comes with traveling with a kid.At pick up we got a text welcoming us back home and confirming our pick up door once we grabbed luggage. Our valet had our car to us in under 5 min after we got luggage and we were on our way home again! This is the BEST service & amazing price point and I'll for sure be a repeat customer!

We booked semi-last minute and were happy to see availability! Booking was quick and easy and communication was great. On departure, our valet hopped right in the car and helped us unload when we got to the airport (we were taking a toddler + baby on a weeklong vacation, so we had a lot of stuff!). Pickup was also seamless, a quick text when we landed and the car pulled right up when we got out at arrivals (and more help to load up the car). Would definitely book again. Took a ton of the logistical issues away that we got dropped off/picked up curbside with all the kid gear we had.
