Another smooth experience. Easy drop off to leave car and shuttle to O'Hare. On the return I grabbed my luggage, texted Patk n Jet, and by the time I made it to door 2A they were waiting for my return back to my car. Easy and I prefer this vs the regional bus to Rockford.
