U can find some that have very good ppls nd some that don't, far as prices well some times they can be reasonable nd for the most they high which alot of places are.. I don't like with in 3 or 4 mos. Rent goes higher nd also customers is very bad towards customers at times very rude nd can be disrespectful

Being from a military background, I have had to use storage facilities more times than I can count. Most of the time, it's a very impersonal experience (very transactional). However, i must say... I have never had customer service like I do with Candace and Joel! They are extremely friendly, super helpful, and very knowledgeable. These two always go above and beyond. I always leave feeling like I had just visited extended family vs. simply paying my bill. The warm and friendly customer service should not go unnoticed and should definitely be recognized!
