    Disgusting!! He went to request the notary service, the woman who was serving there discriminate me for being Hispanic, she did not provide me with the service. Besides, it is a place with such an unpleasant smell, it looks like a smoking room and not an exchange house.

    It smells like nothing but cigarettes in here. Smells horrible, couldn't even breathe. It was also fifty and messy. This place should be closed down. It smelled so bad it hurt my nose to breathe.
