Upon signing a contract for request for service 7 business days later, I did not receive any response for missed appointment. When I contacted them they said it was never scheduled and that they would need to get me on the schedule. I requested pick up for five business day later to which it also was never scheduled. The response to customers is horrific.Being in a customer service drive business myself, I also should have read reviews better as the 'owner' only responds to the positive posts. This is unfortunate as I had been a loyal customer for 4 of my last shredding service needs. Never again.

Do not use this company. For God's sake don't use them. Some of the worst service I ever have recieved. I used them for two months and I canceled because there service was so frustrating.

I am in the process of moving, which is fraught with challenges. This was, by far and away, the worst part of the move. Sent me a confirmation, took my money, never made contact with me. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone trying to set this up. Never happened. Worst company I ever dealt with.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. After an initial email, I could not get ahold of my sales representative for 6 weeks, despite weekly emails requesting a response. I never received a call or email from anyone to confirm a pickup day or time. Someone showed up at 5 pm on a Thursday and took our materials, without any paperwork or asking for a signature. I still don't know who he was or where our materials are. The customer service has been terrible, they would not reschedule the pickup on the date I had been requesting for six weeks. Overall a really terrible experience.

I've worked for a company that has used Shred-It for about 5 years now, and they're terrible. We're supposed to get a pickup service once a month, they come about twice a year, and when I call customer service they just try to argue with me and say there was a pickup when there obviously wasn't. Very rude people at Shred-It, and they'll always give you inaccurate information.

Would give this company zero stars if possible. Consistently does not show up when scheduled, even when the truck is seen in the parking lot at our facility. When calling about it, always told that the local office isn't answering their phone, there is no supervisor to talk to, and no account managers. Reschedule pickups without notification and still don't even show up on those dates!

Shred it does not follow safety protocol. No mask. Whats their motto on their truck? "We protect what matters." No they really dont.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. TRIED TO SCHEDULE A SHRED FOR 3 MONTHS AND NO ONE WILL REPLY TO PHONE CALLS NOR EMAILS. WHEN THE DRIVER IS HERE HE IS A VERY PLEASANT PERSON BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS ALOT OF HELP

Horrible customer service and response times... The website is constantly down. I have called multiple times with invoice questions just to be put on hold for 30 minutes and then get hung up on. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

We have had Shred-it for years and our route-driver has been top notch. Always asking what we may need or if we need help with anything. Great response time when we need unscheduled pickups.
