Sporatic hours. Closes midday without warning. Because of this, it is difficult to use their services and I will cancel my PO Box.

I wish I could make my own hours and close when ever I want to. I wasted my time two days in a row. Dont bother looking at the business hour online. Half the time they are closed.

Cute small and old style mail office conveniently placed in a small downtown area , I went for a couple stamps for postcards, the attention was really good , lola took time to search for some specialty stamps (american revolution ones) i was interested in , overall great service and wasn't busy at all

Every single time I’ve been there the hours have changed or I haven’t been able to be served- from 5 to 4 to 3 now 1pm?? I’m going to Franklin Park from now on

The employees of this point take a break for the whole day, if you don't come, it's always closed.

Arlene was so friendly and helpful! I was apprehensive about going here since a lot of the reviews say they’re not always open. I was in luck! I’d rather take my chances stopping here than go to the horrible PO in Harwood Heights, which is closer, but dreadful.

Used to be open and functioning. Don’t bother going in. It’s closed 90% of the time. Hopefully they can open permanently again in the future. Was the closest usps in the area.

Great postal worker. The lady at the desk is the best and actually knows how to treat people unlike neighboring post offices. However, it's never opened and it's a complete gamble going there. If there's low traffic at this location it's probably because how unreliable it is. No business, let alone a large company is this inconsistent with their hours. There isn't always parking and if it's cold or raining it's a real let down when you get there and it's closed. I hope they can fix this.

Staff is friendly but hours of operation is dependant on the staff not what is posted. Many times I walk to the location never at the same time of day, and it's closed. 3 times it was closed in the middle of the day, and twice it closed before the time posted, once 2 whole hours before.

If it opened or closed on time, this location would probably be best in the area. Staff is very helpful and polite. Parking available next door.
