One of the worst Walgreens experiences. Cards terminal constantly not working, staff is rude, photo lady does not know how to take passport photos, pharmacy technician charges card on file even when I ask her not to do it. Clueless. Go to a different Walgreens if you can.

Rude employee (woman glasses about 50 y/o at photo counter today 3/12/23 at 3pm. I only ordered ONE picture. I patiently waited my turn. I gave her my first+ last name. She said "WELL THERE NOT PRINTED YET." I said "okay". She then replied with "Can't you see I'm dealing with something here?". Wow nice way to treat ur customers. I just looked at her and put my other items back on the shelf. I'd rather go to a different pharmacy. Thanks Walgreens for hiring friendly employees. It's not like I ordered a bunch of pictures. I ordered ONE picture. So sick of these picture employees being rude for no reason.

What sets this Walgreens apart from the others is Bianca at the front counter. She gives great customer service with her positive personality and charm.

Went to pick up my prescription like i usually do. The girl at the drive through window told me my card "declined". I logged into my bank account right then & there and can see I have money in my account. I asked her to charge it again, so she did, and told me it's still "declining". I provided another card and left. I go to chase down the street to speak with a banker and was advised they don't see anything on their side that my card was declining, and that i clearly have funds. They said this is usually a program/software connection issue on the establishments side.GET IT TOGETHER. Update your systems, don't tell customers who already don't feel good that their card is "declining" when that is not at all the problem.
