AAFES Express at Barksdale AFB is praised for its friendly and helpful staff, with staff members like Brenda, Jen, Curtis, Sheldon, and manager Sanaa receiving special mentions for their patience and service. The store is well-stocked and offers a variety of items, including alcohol, which seems to attract retirees. While the shop offers convenience with products similar to other shoppettes, some customers find the prices, especially for water, to be very high. Despite this, many appreciate the overall service, cleanliness, and selection, noting that the base exchange and related services are among the best they have experienced after years of military service.
I order speciality beer from UCBC to be picked up at the Scott AFB class 6. I place the order, they call it in, and I always get a call when the items are ready for pickup. Orlando is the guy I always talk to and he does a great job! . Thanks for the outstanding service Orlando!

Pretty good store, but they need to do a better job of stocking the shelves and taking the bad things off the shelves
