I have used them to clean and press my shirts and dress slacks for almost three years. Flawless service! Polite, incredible prices, and always excellent cleaning and pressing. What more could you want??

Although their actual dry cleaning service is done fine for the price their hours are extremely inconvenient for people. They don't open until 11:00 a.m. during the week and even though it's listed as opening at 9:00 a.m. on the weekend, I just went there at 9 o'clock only to be told by the business next door that whoever staffs it on Saturday doesn't show up until 12 maybe 1 o'clock and has gone by 230 or 3. That's extremely unprofessional and extremely inconvenient for working people.

Always great service here. I've brought in uniforms & civilian suits that have all been returned cleaned & pressed...no problems. Plus, reasonable pricing. I hope they get back to their normal hours soon. Current hours are not so user friendly.

Have had great service here every time. Very professional, helpful, and courteous staff. I like the fact that you receive a text when your items are ready for pickup too.

Horrible service, did my ranks wrong in the ABU blouse and cap, twice! The third time they got it right just because I literally made a line in the uniform for the to follow.
The worst part was the manager, she was blaming me for there screw-ups. I'm never going to that place again, nor are all my coworkers that I have told this story.

The staff at the aptly-named Base Cleaners are some of the friendliest people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. With competitive prices and speedy service, I much prefer the Base Cleaners to any of the dry cleaning shops in St. Louis. The only drawback: you have to have access to Scott AFB.
