“I join this Credit Union about nineteen yrs ago. And shortly, I wanted a small loan and was approved. Although, I did not need it as I thought, that made a huge difference on why I stay with them and give top A1, to this credit union. Every teller knows each of its customers and are very, very, nice.. And let me add this too. Please do not lie on this Credit Union, as for as Buisness. They are known for looking into the Matter, presented. And known for finding the Truth and showing their Customer exactly in order, A, B, C.”
“It is a rarity to have such a pleasant encounter with anyone nowadays. I got to the bank in the drive-through line 3 minutes before noon. The red lights were already on to close all lanes. There was one car in front of me. I decided to wait. When I got to the window, teller 2004 was so pleasant and Extremely kind. I apologized for my lateness, I actually thought they closed at one. He said that’s OK, I’ll take care of you. His demeanor was very kind, a very comforting beautiful smile on his face during the entire transaction. I ended up giving him a $10 Panera gift card I had in my car because I was so impressed With his high-quality character. Thank you teller 2004!!!!! I hope someone shows you this Google review. I was just really impressed by Terri's and Tatiana's customer service! (I apologize if I spelled any names wrong). They were super kind, super friendly, and very helpful when we requested that the lien release be electronically delivered to him. Terri even recommended some places for us to look in regard to a new vehicle, and Tatiana talked to us about some of their products available to us without being super salesy. I appreciated that! However; after our last experience I’ll be coming to the Walmart location from here on out. We’ve been banking with first community for over 4 years now and never given a card until our last visit at this location with Doug. This now will make our trips quicker and easier. It’s blew my mind no one has ever given us one before then. Highly recommended banking with them.”
