Ace and True Value are solid hardware stores there are some things that make no sense to be in a hardware store but that's the way the world is today I went in specifically for light on my motorhome and they had it and the staff was friendly it was clean recommend without hesitation

Two kind women went out of their way to help my mother exchange a product that she'd bought at the Morris Ace. Seneca location didn't carry the product she bought but Dawn put it in the system just so she could return it and buy the right one. Definitely reccomend this Ace above any other!

If you need something quick and don't mind paying for the convenience, it's great . If you don't mind driving 45 minutes round trip to save a dollar then it's not for you

I came in Saturday October 19th 2024 and the customer service was wonderful, if I could go grocery shopping and buy milk there I would, 10 out of 10 would recommend spending all of your paycheck here. With good prices and even better customer services I might just only buy from this store location, I called and asked for some pallets and boy do they not disappoint, the man said he understands my situation and is willing to help. Ended up getting what I needed to keep my house heated during this winter snow storm. (It’s what it feels like)

Got a few LP tanks filled here. Well stocked / clean store. Friendly staff, nice small town feel. Fair prices on propane. Ample parking.
