The former FMW employees have been infinity patient with irritated customers and continued problems. I feel for them but this transition was a absolute joke. Not sure who planned this merger but I hope they have gone back to 4th grade and left thr banking industry. Clearly old national realizes how much of a headache it is to switch banks now otherwise they would have put forth some effort and planning

The people that work at 1st Midwest bank in Seneca Illinois should be teaching others in the banking industry customer service. They have the greatest group of women that go above and beyond to take care of your banking needs.
