“We just had a wonderful experience with the Byron IL Post Office. Two big boxes that we shipped to a nearby town were inadvertently sent to Byron. I called to ask their help in locating them, and as soon as I described my problem to the woman who answered the phone, her colleague in the background said the boxes are there and they will be delivered back to the correct town today. They couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. Thank you, Byron IL Post Office!”

“I had a package that wasnt delivered to my house... HOWEVER i just called and spoke to the most HELPFUL KIND person i have ever spoken with from the post office. Although im not sure exactly whats going on, and neither does she... she is amazing and deserves a great review... i dont recall her name... but props to the pec post office. Thank you for caring, both you and the carrier. You guys are amazing and i appreciate your concern and you going above and beyond for me you are what makes a good employee, and what gives me hope in the character of people in the world. THANK YOU”
