We were passing through from Georgia to Wisconsin when our rock shield came off and started dragging on the highway. The folks at Dunns helped us get our car back safe to drive in a matter of minutes, late on a Friday, and didn’t even charge us. They were just happy to help us get back on with our trip. They even let us wait with our dog in the AC so she would not overheat. Honest and reliable mechanics, I’m jealous we don’t have them back home!

Recently had tires mounted by them. Went to pull one of the wheels that they had mounted and it required a breaker bar with a 3' pipe on the end. This was after my 1300 ft/lbs of breaking torque impact got laughed at by 4 of the 6 lug nuts. Not sure what they used to torque it on but had I had a flat on the highway my truck would have been getting towed as there is no way I would have ever been breaking that lug loose.
If a Mechanic shop doesn't know how yo properly torque a lug nut I fear what they do with other jobs.

Over priced, ridiculously high quote prices, will charge you for labor without doing any work (took my 97 diesel Silverado in 5 separate times, was over charged without having the problem fixed, only to find out they hadn't even found the actual problem; needed a new in line fuel pump, they tried to sell me a full engine rebuild)Services: Engine repair
