“I we have rented our storage shed in Shelbyville from American Way for over a year now. The space is clean, well kept and I love that there are shelves on both sides in ours, they definitely come in handy for things we don’t want sitting on the ground. Customer service has always been awesome. We have only had to contact once! The gate is accessible by PIN, and provides more security. The only thing that we miss is a light. I know at other American Way storage areas they have a light on a timer, so that would be beneficial, but not a deal breaker!”
