The owner Tim is a super great guy! I had a couple of things for him to fix, a storm window and a vinyl window. He had me bring them on so he could get some measurements and as soon as he seen the vinyl window he noticed the there was a tint to it. He was honest and up front that he wouldn't be able to match that tint. Since it was part of a group of windows he suggested I tried the manufacturer. He took a look further and told me where the windows came from and who to speak with!! That's great service! I wouldn't have known until it was too late about the tint, but he didn't want me to be disappointed in the job he did! If you have any kind of glass repair, make sure and see Tim!
