“What a great experience. We were at the lake and had an emergency with our dog (broken foot). I called and they told me to bring her in and they would work us in. I was only there approx 10 min and back in an exam room. All the staff were very kind knowledgeable compassionate . “We had a last-minute issue with our dog and although we weren’t a current client and not from the area, they were able to squeeze us in same-day and the price was so reasonable, that it shocked us.

Someone actually answered the phone and was friendly and polite. The previous phone call to a different vet clinic, was nothing more than an automated call to say that if you aren’t a current customer, don’t leave a message.
