I had a horrid noise in my tire when traveling through. One Stop got me in and out in 20 minutes ~ ended up being nothing but they were friendly, fast and genuinely concerned about being me and my kids back on the road safe!!

Very pricy not very good communication and then someone told me that there would be daily storage fees if I didn’t pick up after 7 days after repair but then spoke to a manager and they were confused and told me no such thing and the advisor then said the same thing. Be careful when going here oil changes are so over priced compared to other places

The staff here offer some pretty solid service. The place is also in a nicely convenient location. Things could've worked out a lot worse when I recently had my Hyundai sedan looked at, but now I'm glad.

We were passing through town on interstate 55 south and our check engine light went on so we immediately got off the first exit we could. We could tell something was wrong with the transmission. We spotted 1 Stop Auto Shop of Sherman on our way to the Casey's down the street and popped in. Immediately the attendant came to help us and diagnose the issue. The codes were all coming back as transmission issues and he advised they didn't do transmission work but we could stay there till they closed till we could figure out what to do. The waiting area and bathrooms were very clean. And a huge bonus was the kids playroom with toys galore and a TV that was playing Moana. Traveling with little kids this room was a blessing to have in an extreme time of need. Our kids were a bit cranky and loud but the attendants were very kind and courteous. Thank you for letting us squat at your shop till our car was towed and we had a ride. It truly helped us get through the day.

Brought my car in to have the blower motor replaced. Had no other problems with the air conditioner, no Freon leak. Left with a huge Freon leak under my dash and they quoted me more than the car was worth to fix it and would not admit that they made a mistake. I understand mistakes happen but the fact that they would not admit it and make it right completely turned me off of this shop after being a loyal customer. I will never be back and recommend to anyone to NOT go here. I had to buy a new car because it cost more than it was worth to repair.

Excellent shop. We were traveling and had a wheel bearing go out. They got us in the same day and repaired at a very competitive price. Highly recommended!

I called for a time to bring in my car for my annual front end alignment. As it turns out they told someone else the same time for their front end alignment and new tires. They started on their vehicle first so I have been waiting now for two hours unnecessarily. They could plan appointments much better than they do.
Three hours, still waiting….
