My experiences with this credit union have been perfect so far. My husband has been a member for years, and he finally convinced me to join a couple of months ago. Jacob Hempen has helped me from day one and whenever I have an issue, he is the one I rely on. I feel respected and valued here, unlike any other bank or credit union I have used before. Five stars. I highly recommend them.

Went up mainly to open a health savings account (HSA) and Amanda did a great job of helping me. While I was there, she helped set me up to access my account online and the app.

The most horrible credit union I have ever dealt with. One branch/office tells you one thing which isn’t true nor correct. They block your debit/ATM card so it’s more difficult to get to YOUR MONEY NOT THEIRS!!! If you fall on to having difficulties paying your credit card or for that matter any loans you lose your privilege of being able to use your ATM debit card because that’s a privilege well my money is a privilege so I closed my account. I was will them since 1998 and closed my Checking account due to the simple reason they keep on making threats they would close out my checking account therefore I did it for them and before they could do it, don’t trust them all they do is lie!!! I disclosed every document that they request which is very time consuming and I wasted of my time!!! Even if you will have money in the future, that just doesn’t matter to them. I would give a negative a million stars!!!! If this can be worked I seriously doubt it!!! I was dealing with Hampton branch/Office they are extremely very rude, unhelpful, extremely very rude very unprofessional there isn’t one good thing I could say about that branch off of Hampton Avenue!!! ALL CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!! ??????

I have been with Together Credit Union and Eagle for a long time. I can call, go into the office or run through the drive up and never have a problem with customer service of any kind. No question is too hard to ask about finances and always the employees are helpful. I hope for a long relationship with us Together.

I’ve been a member for 28 years and this past weeks experience has been ridiculous. They applied credit card payments to the wrong account, reported the payments to the credit bureau as delinquent, reversed the payments after I questioned them, and now have the card locked and don’t know why. Their individual card services and customer service keep blaming each other as to why everything is happening. I’ve been on the phone for hours and physically at a branch once and I’m still having issues. I’ve never had a single issue until the recent card services switch and now my accounts are in a mess. If you have a credit card issued by the credit union and you use the credit unions bill pay you may want to make sure they applied your payments correctly. I was told you can no longer use the bill pay function because their credit card is now considered an independent account. The payments from February and March were in limbo. They removed the funds from my checking account and didn’t apply them to the balance. So they have deposited, removed, deposited, and removed the payments to and from my account in the last 48 hours and the card is still locked and nobody can tell me why. I’m still currently waiting on a response from a service representative I’ve been dealing with all week. I call card services and they don’t have an answer, I contact customer service and they take forever to respond. The time I’ve wasted trying to coordinate their departments to solve a problem they caused is getting obscene.

The people are very good, but they have an ATM that is ALWAYS down. Cooperate should contact the manufacturer of the ATM, and request a new one.Would be nice if lemon laws existed for that high end and expensive POS.

Since the changeover to new cards and the new operating system I can’t recommend TogetherCU. My credit card disappeared from my accounts when the new operating system was implemented. When I first called they said I didn’t have one. They finally found the account and have been telling me since then that they are working on it.

This Place has completely gone to crap since its became Together. Always the Last person in my company to have Pay Check Clear/ Atm sometimes doesn't open and then they make you feel like its your fault/ the App is Broken and Charge's will randomly appear and disappear so its became impossible to keep track of finances/ They lost my Insurance and of course its always your Fault with Together/ Making everyone Update the Debit Card With NO GRACE PERIOD Absolutely Stupid/ I Miss America Eagle and If I didn't have my Auto Loan with them I would be Gone Already. LOOK AT YOUR RATING TOGETHER!!!!

***WARNING*** Absolute horrible experience with my mortgage I have with this VERY unprofessional so called financial institution. Not once but two times they have not counted or put my mortgage payment somewhere else and in another loan in another name....??? How can they get away with stealing your money and act like it is my fault? They totally screwed up and are not willing to fix it at all.. Looking for another option for a mortgage for sure!

After having disastrous results with STL auto loan manager when I co-signed for my granddaughter after I paid off several loans early, I am happy to say that when Shiloh branch was opened my faith was more than restored. The manager knows me when I walk in the door which is unheard of in today's world and he is so knowledgeable and helpful in every way. He sure puts up with me.Then you have to add Tracy Williams who they added as a temporary from their STL branch but I hope they never send her back. She straightened out a problem with my checking account and she also remembers me when I walk in. She is always friendly and most knowledgeable and goes beyond to help you out.I don't understand the negative reviews on here because everyone there was wonderful it's just that these two stood out above and beyond the rest and the person in Stl loans was so so horrible and the lawyer he said he spoke to who turned it to the credit bureau made my rating go down the first time one 25 years regardless of the early payoffs I had made. I still have one more year before it comes off my record and I will never forgive them for it. Thank goodness for Shiloh.

I made a personal post about loans and had some questions. Your employee Maira Johnson private messaged me and walked me through every question and concern I had. Made it so simple and easy. The fact that she went above and beyond was amazing. She is amazing! I just wanted to let you know you have a very good employee out here working while off the clock using the same tools and experience she does while at your place of employment!
