Exceptional experience with Heather, the owner of Bridal Parlour! She was so sweet and helpful during all 3 of my appointments (I am indecisive and she didn’t mind one bit!). I live over an hour away so I loved how accessible she was over email. The bride and guests have the whole store to themselves during appointments, which was nice compared to some of the busier boutiques I tried. I was referred by my close friend who felt the same way about her experience. The selection is wonderful and I was able to customize my Antonio Gual dress so that I could have the exact bottom and top that I liked. 10/10 would recommend to any bride!

Heather single handedly made my wedding dress shopping experience so much more magical than I ever thought it would be. She went out of her way to get my dream dress shipped to the store to try on, she was quick to respond to every request with an exquisite vision, and instantly made me and my party feel so comfortable and at home in her store. Comparing Bridal Parlour to the other 2 shops I visited- it's not even close! Heather will make you feel so beautiful and confident and her selection is unmatched. 12/10 cannot recommend her / Bridal Parlour enough if you or a friend is in the market for a dress!!

I had just the best experience finding my wedding dress at The Bridal Parlour! Before the appointment, the personalized look book is so helpful to act as a starting point for your preferences. All of your favs are already pulled when you arrive to make the most out of your time. Heather, the owner, is amazing! She is so knowledgeable, comforting, and eager to help you find your perfect dress. She really went out of her way to make my experience so incredible, and I’m so happy that I found the dress of my dreams!

I loves my experience at the Bridal Parlour. Heather is a real pro able to think on the fly and is knowledgeable. She keeps things moving without rushing. I had all of my picks pulled and waiting for me when I arrived.
The Bridal Parlour has a great selection of Jenny Yoo dresses which brought me to her boutique. I ended up saying 'yes' to one of the last dresses I tried it. Would highly recommend coming here for a thoughtful and welcoming experience.

I had an incredible experience with Heather! After visiting two other bridal shops, this one was by far the best. I initially reached out because she carries designers that other shops didn’t have in the area, and I’m so glad I did.
One of the standout features was her virtual dressing room, which allowed me to browse and select the dresses I wanted to try on ahead of time. This was a total game-changer, and I can’t believe it’s not available at every bridal shop!
Beyond that, Heather was genuinely amazing throughout the entire process. She gave thoughtful, expert advice on how to narrow down my options, ultimately helping me find the one. I never felt pressured to buy a dress, which speaks volumes about her confidence in her carefully curated selection and top-tier expertise.
I couldn’t recommend Heather enough!

Heather was THE BEST!!! She was super helpful throughout my whole appointment. She gave allll the pep talks and picked different dresses for me based on what I liked about each dress. I would 100% recommend her for anyone looking for their dress!

Heather is the absolute sweetest. I went to five different bridal stores in Dallas and none of them provided the customer service that Heather did remotely. Highly recommend to anybody looking for a bridal dress store!
