All the representatives are friendly and above and beyond to help me . They recently helped me with faxes and emails that were needed for a loan. There were several complications and if they hadn't helped me, I may have lost my mind LOL. They were always patient and never made me feel uncomfortable because I have a lack of technology. They guided me and helped me get through it. I LOVE my team at my Shiloh branch Commerce ❤️

This is not a bank for small businesses. There’s no personal touch and poor communication. Phone calls result in endless hold times and disconnects. Simple transactions require numerous calls and follow up emails. Strongly recommend finding another bank if you’re a small business.

They aren’t on the same page with the “new system” The branch nor the customer service can tell you much about your accounts. They make information up if they don’t know.

My fiance sold her home and had a quite of bit of money coming to her. She cashed a check and specifically asked when could she cash it. On the BANKS information, she cashed the check and the check bounced. They initially apologized and said they would get the money asap. Its been over 2 weeks now and the bank claims they sent over 40,000 through the mail without expressing it or certifying it. The bank manager was rude and didn't care or try to help resolve this issue. Don't bank here they are lazy crooks!
