By far the worst “customer service” i’ve ever encountered. Pharmacy is horrible. They take too long at the window and are incredibly rude. I called to ask if meds were in and the lady let out a huge sigh. When i ask about meds they have no idea what i’m talking about. I went without my effexor (anti depressant) for several days because of them.

Always a fantastic experience at this pharmacy! Holly, the pharmacist, is very friendly, great with questions, and very discreet. I've never had a bad experience here and have been going for over 1.5 years!

The pharmacists and staff here are absolutely fantastic. They always go above and beyond to take care of me. Example: I accidentally lost part of an expensive prescription - they worked with my doctor and insurance and were able to get me set up with a new prescription, I didn't have to do anything other than tell them I had lost it. There are several other instances where they have taken care of me and my family. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Thought I would share that the first hour of the day is reserved for seniors. If you look under the age of 50, they will not let you in. Not a complaint, just letting others know so they don't make an unnecessary trip.

I got a prescription from the doctor and decided I would go to CVS to get it filled. Unfortunately they don't support the military because they don't take Tricare. The lady told me it would cost $208 if I got my medicine with them. I decided to go to dierbergs, they take Tricare, cost me $6. It is a shame CVS is not military friendly.

Horrendous experience today. I prefer shopping at target than Walmart and was in need of a few things including insulin needles for my cat. I usually have gotten them at Walmart since that’s where my vet recommended that I get them due to the great price but didn’t want to make a special trip. I go up to the counter and a pharm tech asks what I needed. I told her the gauge needles I wanted and acted all bewildered about what I asked for. She goes to the rack where they are and looks around and says “I don’t have any opened boxes of the needles and I can only sell you ones from opened boxes.” I asked her how that was even possible as I wanted a full box since I use 2 needles a day for my cat. How is it possible to not sell something that you have if you haven’t opened the box yet. She then turns to the pharmacist and informs her that I need insulin needles. They go back to the rack again and the pharmacist takes to boxes and puts them on her back counter but the phone rings and she answers it. I watched the original tech get out her phone and text someone and all of a sudden a woman appears and asks what I need. I asked what the problem was as I have seemed to be getting the run around for purchasing something that doesn’t even require a prescription! The woman tells me that they don’t sell insulin needles very often (interesting for a pharmacy) and that they didn’t have the needles in stock for the gauge I asked for. I was going to make due with what they had available so I didn’t have to go to another store but their box of needles was $44 which normally costs me $13 at Walmart for the same quantity. Absolutely atrocious customer service and wouldn’t step foot next to that pharmacy again - hilariously my insurance is partnered with CVS and you better believe I’ll be going to the stand alone CVS for any future needs. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOU DONT HAVE TO!

This location for the pharmacy for me was a bit slower, they are nice, but you just have to come back again.
