Very disappointing today, when I ordered 1/4 lb of lunch meat the young man behind the counter didn't know the difference between 1/4 lb (.25) and .47 (almost 1/2 lb). As a result I ended up with twice what I wanted.

Very nice grocery with a large selection of items and food. Clean. Friendly staff. Tesla Superchargers there are great too.

Do all my grocery shopping at Dierberg's in Shilo, great store, but have been disappointed recently that they no longer stock Katie's Pasta.

Just had another great customer service experience with Dierbergs, Green Mount Crossing. Couldn’t find Creme Fraiche that I needed for a recipe. They went out of their way to locate it in The store and direct us to it. My husband and I are older and this was most appreciated. The service desk person called to different departments and found it. They are always great here but today was just outstanding. Thank you. 🙏

This Dierbergs is aesthetically pleasing and enjoyable to shop in, though some aisles are a bit narrow. The store is large, and the food in the window cases is well-presented and appears very clean. Scooters are available for guests who need them, and there's a lottery machine near the front. Prices are noticeably higher than other grocery stores.

Great location it’s near everything and easy to get and off the highway to location on a road trip in or out of St Louis . I love that it has pretty much everything in the plaza and the store itself has everything you need. It’s so clean and well organized

Cashiers are unfriendly and not helpful. They won’t even look at you, smile, greet you, or acknowledge you. Customer service is extremely lacking. Will not be giving them my business.

Had a Dr's App, so after leaving that. I stopped in Dierbergs store and got the grape olipops drinks, a little soda taste but much grape flavor which is tops. I like them so! So Good. Grade, A
