These guys rip off people that don’t know shit about cars or trucks. I went in for an alignment and they said they couldn’t do it and I needed control arms replaced. I looked at the control arms and the bolts literally just needed tightened up for whatever reason and I needed a contortion bar not control arms that they were going to charge me 980 for the wrong part but I got it done for 700 at Richland auto with the bar repair. Y’all shady as hell. I’d ad a photo of my quote but this was last year probably about this time. Screw you dobbs

If you drop people off, please make sure you turn around in their driveway and not one of their neighbors….inconsiderate and not necessary…especially if you could have turned around out in street too or you have two ways to get back to where you were coming from….will never be doing business with you.

Friendly desk staff and technicians. Needed a tire patched from a screw and with an appointment it was finished in less than an hour. Definitely recommend!

Took my car to get a tire replaced. I called when the tow truck driver dropped off the vehicle and they said they would go out and get the key. They didn’t contact me to tell me the key was missing and after 3 days I called and was told the key was missing for the first time. It has taken more than 10 days to get it replaced without providing a vehicle for me in the meantime and after I followed up with the dealer, the keys would have been delivered and program within a couple days.
I appreciate them trying to make this right but what I don’t appreciate is being without my vehicle for 10 days only to hear tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. Nor providing a vehicle since they lost the key. They’ve continued to lie and try to blame the tow truck driver, but if the key was missing, they should have contacted me immediately when I called them. They’ve blamed the delay in dealer, but the dealer says what they’ve told me isn’t true.
They’ve continued to lie, each person tells a different story of the delay. Finally received a call from the main office and yet still continue to blame the tow truck driver. If this is how they treat their customers with no communication and changes in the story, no one should do business with them.

Manager did not follow my order instructions and did not complete the job. He tried to debate me instead of manning up to his mistake. Spent 5 hours on a job they said would take 3 and job never even got completed. Manager needs to be demoted, very inept individual.

Wonderful service! Everyone at this location has been kind, caring and very considerate. This Dobbs location has exceeded my expectations.
I took car earlier this week and had to bring it back. I was beyond happy with how they handled my car and situation. Thank you all again for everyone hard work and appreciation.

Great service! I had a dead battery and called to see if they could squeeze me in for a replacement. They got my vehicle in and battery replaced quickly. Fast, friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend this Dobbs location.
