Very understanding and nice. My wife doesn't like dealing with the dealer's maintenance section and prefers going to Dobbs. She and I highly recommend Dobbs in Shiloh.

We were on a trip from South Dakota to Orlando. We had a uhaul truck and a Tucson, 5 adults, moving my daughter to college. We had a flat tire at 3am. We dropped it off at Dobbs and came back at 7am. THEY WERE GREAT! 4 new tires in under an hour. The flat was a blessing in disguise, my daughters Tucson was in desperate need of tire replacement. Thanks to Dobbs, Dad can relax and know her car will be safe.

DISHONEST - DO NOT GO HEREMy wife went to Shiloh Dobbs for new tires for her 2021 Mazda CX-5. Tech/Manager told her that she needed a front end alignment, which we declined. She left and immediately there was a horrible wobble in the car, along with obnoxious road noise.A few days later, the car was then taken to the Dobbs in Edwardsville. It was found that ALL FOUR of the new tires were improperly balanced. Three needed "slight tweaking," as the manager described it, while one of the front tires was completely "off." They rebalanced the tires and MADE NO MENTION of the car needing an alignment.I'm sure Shiloh Dobbs' dishonest intent was for the "naive female" to bring the car back because of the wobble and noise. They could then sell an alignment and simply rebalance the tires. Easy money for them.DO NOT GO TO THE SHILOH DOBBS!

The shop manager is very unpleasant and condescending. I had front brakes and rotors put on my 2017 Nissan about a year ago, I had to return the car to the month later because of something being wrong which caused premature rotor wear... They did remedy the problem as it was only a month but, later I found out that when they worked on it the last time they had left one of the very important parts out that caused my brakes and rotors that they put on to prematurely wear. When I called to bring this to their attention the shop manager tried to downplay what had happened and even though they remedied the problem the shop manager was very condescending when I dropped my car off, simply because I asked for them to show me a picture of the work they had done since the last time they had left the part out I will never give them any of my business ever again.

Appointment was made 2 weeks in advance. On the day of scheduled tire sirlercice I arrived to be asked to come back 4 hours later due to tires not being ordered. Very inconvenient. Appointment was made but canceled on their end. Not happy.

PRICE GOUGING , check engine light came on , it came back voltage issues they quoted me for diagnostic and battery $700 something dollars . The guy was like yeah the battery is like 300 something dollars, even if you add in hypothetically 200 for diagnostic the math is still off . Valvoline charged 209$ ..... can't believe they wanted 700 plus bucks .

Initially good service. They put on new brake pads and rotors on my moms car. Then left the shop only to turn around because my brakes almost stopped working and she pushed her foot to the floor. Had to ride her e brake home since it was closer to my house.My mom took her car back the next day, then they told me that it was a brake line problem and would cost her 1,200 dollars.. insane.If it was a brake line issue it should have been caught in store. Brake pads and rotors and the brake lines need to be bled per switch. So something happened from in the shop to my house. Terrible! They took no accountability that it might have been their fault either.

Gotta say… I walked in, and it felt like I was bringing in a Bentley to a Luxury Automotive facility because I mean wow.. everyone was so nice, helpful, friendly and got my Tesla serviced with an alignment in under 2 hours even though they were jam packed with cars… gotta love and appreciate good service and even greater people!

On a busy Saturday appointment was at 10:00 a.m. got there at 9:50 they pulled my truck in at 10:00 I was in and out. The manager had his store running like a fine tuned machine! Good job!!!!

Our car made a bad connection with the curb and destroyed the tire beyond repair. This was late Saturday afternoon and auto shops would be closing soon if they weren't closed already. While I changed the tire to the donut the misses got on the net looking for a shop that was open with our specific Goodyear tire in stock. We found a shop but they didn't have the size we needed. They recommended we contact Dobbs. We called, they had the tire, and we made a beeline to this shop. We just threw everything in the hatch leaving it a mess. We arrived about 45 minutes to closing. Not only were we in and out in record time, when we got the car back the donut was back in its well, the jack and lug wrench were back in their place, and the car was vacuumed out. Top notch service by any and all measures. We had a bad experience with another Dobbs store in west St. Louis county a few years back and swore we would never do business with Dobbs again. This store put Dobbs back on our "go to" list!

Beware! When you take your car in, things will be stolen out of it like what happened to me. A flashlight and some change was stolen. Of course, you can tell the manager about the thieving monkees & they'll just lie & deny.

Came in to get a tire repaired. I was in and out in a flash. They were very respectful of my time. Highly recommend coming and letting them take a look at your vehicle.

Always super busy with long wait times- best to make an appointment as I've never been able to get walk in service. Work is generally done well and employees are friendly.

Had an emergency on our trip and they were able to get us in and out quickly. Their associate Patrick was phenomenal and perfect at explaining everything over the phone.
