This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with. Used to be great, now they're a bunch of fancy ATMs. Customer service is nonexistent.

This branch is nothing more than a video ATM machine and a small conference room that is never used. First Bank has gone all in on remote video tellers at pretty much all their locations. Not a fan. My son is looking to open up his first checking account. I told him not to even bother with First Bank.
