Michaels is a one-stop shop for creativity, offering an expansive assortment of popular art supplies, fabric, canvases, yarn, knitting and crochet supplies, frames, floral items, scrapbook materials, beads, jewelry kits, and craft machines. It provides everything needed to celebrate holidays and traditions with party supplies, crafts, gifts, and decor. This is a great Michaels store with friendly employees and a great selection, including a notably better yarn area than many others. The store always has new and unique products, sales, coupons, rewards, and is reasonably priced. Services like mounting prints and framing are done professionally, exceeding expectations. The store has self-checkout, which is enjoyed by customers. However, the aisles are often crowded, and parking can be a pain since the store's move. Some customers find the frequent intercom recordings in specific sections annoying. Overall, it remains a wonderful store for craft supplies and creative projects.
Very nice, organized & clean store. Very inviting, bright & cheerful. Why 4 stars... not a very large amount of 100 % cotton quilting material and assortment.

The four stars is for the store and the merchandise. They could have gotten another store if they had decent customer service. The cashiers are fine but they always have a head cashier who's just hideous. Ruder to customers then she is to the other cashiers.
