WOW! where do I start. This place is wonderful. I had three vertebrae needing adjustment in March. Couldn't even walk the whole month. Went every day in March and April. Felt a lot better in May. In June I had another (makes 4) vertebra needing adjustment. Not nearly as bad as the first three. Since July been going once a month. My body is almost 80 years old. It will never feel great again. I can at least do what needs to be done. OH! can't forget about the doctors. Every one of them are fantastic. Even the office staff are very friendly.

Just moved back to the area and thought I would come back to The Joint for my chiropractic care. Took a few minutes there to remember why I stopped coming here before i moved back in 2019. Chiropractors are great but no clue how to run a business. This time I had multiple people bypass me as I sat there waiting. Front staff explained I was a new patient so first visit would take longer. No problem with that but it didn't appear tp me I was ever going to get seen. I guess my time wasn't valuable at all. Complete joke.
So they reached out to me and validated my concern. They would continue to take existing patients as they came in and possibly not get to me for who knows how long. My time is far more valuable than that. The good news is I found a well run chiropractors office that actually treats patients with some respect.

Absolutely amazing experience starting as soon as you walk in the door!!! Front desk staff are so friendly and welcoming!!! The Chiropractor that I saw was absolutely amazing!!! Very detail as he explains the process, can’t wait til I go back!!!

I have been seeing a Chiropractor for almost 20 years and the last 3 years have been at The Joint in Shiloh. Everyone there is friendly and professional. Dr. Mike listens to my concerns and keeps me moving pain free. Chiropractic has helped me heal quicker from injuries and I would recommend The Joint if you need help.

I choose The Joint for my chiropractic needs because of the low price and convenience. I like that it’s a walk-in clinic with no appointments necessary. The wait time is usually very low. My favorite chiropractor at The Joint in Shiloh is Dr. Thomas. He always does a great job on my neck and shoulders. My job is very physical and the team at the Shiloh office helps keep me going and decreases my pain.

Dr. Meredith is great! She was recommended by a friend, and I don't regret following up on that endorsement!My back and neck are getting better over time, and I attribute much of that success to her adjustments! See you next Saturday, Doc!??

I frequent the Shiloh, IL location of The Joint. It is located within walking distance of my work so it is extremely convenient. The staff is always so welcoming and inviting and is interested in how I’m doing. I usually see Dr. Mike at this location and he is very knowledgeable of how to help you with your specific issues and he cares. I’ve overdone it at work several times and I know I can go see him to help me get on the road to feeling better. Any other chiropractors that have adjusted me here are very friendly, helpful, and caring. The Joint is inexpensive and fits into my budget nicely. Even while out of town on vacation in Colorado Springs, I was able to find a location and get my adjustment! I can’t say enough nice things about this place!
