“The service was great! I was able to get my oil change and tire rotation done in the needed time so I could get to work on time. I did encounter a problem with 1 of my tire pressure sensors not working properly as I traveled to work. I called and talked to Ken Shaw about the problem. He said to bring the car back by the next day and they would resolve the problem, which they did do. Thanks for the prompt resolution of my tire sensor problem.”

“My wife left a review 4 months ago when she had tire service. Since then, we had to get two more tires on her car and alignment and exhaust service on a car from 93 that was lowered.
The previous tire shop we used damaged her lugs/studs threads and that caused the studs to be sheared off in order to remove her wheels. Lonnie's team handled the issue without damaging the car and fixed the problems very, very reasonably.
My exhaust sounds great. And my car required some tinkering to get into alignment. This was done perfectly and was priced about half what I thought it was going to cost.
Overall, Lonnie has earned my business. He should be your go to for everything from basic maintenance to major repairs.”

“If you are a fan of beautiful classic cars or if you are looking to buy or even sell a classic car these are the folks to see. They have 12 different locations all of the Country. The one in Fairview Heights is their corporate headquarters. The cars in their showroom are beautiful. It is like a trip down memory lane to walk through and see all of the wonderful cars. Some are from the early 1900's and some are from the 2000's so there is lots to look at. They even have car shows in their parking lot where you can bring your own car and show it off. If you love cars it is worth the trip to go and visit these folks and you might even want to add their other locations to your travel itinerary.”
“Super satisfied with my first visit to Duffy's. My car is old, the AC wasn't blowing cold air, and we're about to make a 10-hour roundtrip in July. I called Duffy's on a Wednesday afternoon hoping (and not expecting) that they would be able to squeeze me in to get a freon recharge before our early Friday morning departure. Duffy, the owner, told me that if I dropped off my car that same night, he could have it ready for me in the morning. Come Thursday morning, I get the word that my car is ready for pick up! Duffy told me that the air is blowing cold, not cool. That was quite reassuring and it proved to be true once I got in my car and drove off. Duffy's work was a savior for our hot road trip in this July heat. I told him this much and he said that I got lucky because there was only an opening because someone canceled last minute and he didn't have any more availability until the next week.
Gotta love a dependable mechanic, will definitely be back. Prices were fair as well.”

“I recently purchased a 2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid from Auffenberg Kia. Overall, the experience was positive. They were helpful, answered all my questions, and made the process smooth. I especially appreciated that one of the team members even picked me up from home after I dropped off my other car since my husband was at work. That level of service meant a lot.
However, I do want to mention one concern. Even though I clearly stated multiple times that I would be purchasing the car outright, I was still asked repeatedly about financing and personal financial questions that shouldn’t have been necessary. It felt like time was being taken up by discussions that didn’t apply to my situation.
Outside of that, I’m very happy with my new Sportage. It has almost no miles, which is perfect for me as a new real estate agent needing a reliable, low-mileage vehicle. Overall, good experience with just one area that could have been handled better.”

“If you read my other reviews, you should find that I’m trust worthy and honest. The people at Kennedi are awesome. I went in and left with a car in less than 20 mins and although I was lied to by a dealer thats no longer there, they agreed to honor it. I won’t buy a car from anyone else. Ya’ll have to understand the car business just is what it is, the difference is Kennedi doesn’t charge ANY interest so you pay the sticker or less. Period. Other dealerships charge mad interest and other fees. I got a cute lil red ford focus. It’s old, a lot of miles but it gets on the highway and A to be and even C with no problems. Sure it has a few issues but you get what you pay for and they gave me what I asked for which was an A to B car just for that moment. They also fixed one of the issues. No questions asked. I’m going back in the next couple of weeks to buy something newer and keeping my little focus as a back up. I’ll update with photos later.”
