I’m not particularly pleased with the experience. I had to take my car in the day after the accident because of work commitments. I didn’t notice the small crack in the windshield until a day or two later, when temperature changes caused it to widen. The person who provided the initial estimate was not interested in discussing any additional damage, except perhaps what they could see when they inspected the car. They also suggested that the window could have gotten cracked while driving home from getting the estimate. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the service. Additionally, they failed to contact the correct person when the car was completed.

Definitely recommend this place! They are very professional and helpful here at the front desk, and they have the best techs to do the repairs. I was recommended here by a family member who got a bumper fixed and was not one bit disappointed!
Also, HUGE shout-out to John for the work he performed on my side view mirror! You have no idea how much you helped me today with your service, and you saved me a ton of stress as well. Bless you, sir, I hope the goodness you give comes back to you as well.
Overall, 11/10 on this place on professionalism, cost, and speed of service. Keep up the good work!

When even come out and look at my car because the insurance they would go through was Progressive that's not customer service I went elsewhere
