I had to close an account and break some larger bills. The staff were incredibly amiable and helpful. It took me a very short amount of time to get in and out of there. I almost didn’t want to close my account LOL I was truly floored at how well the customer service at this branch was.

Erase the 1star to zero star. Horrible business!!! Charges $10.00 to cash a check written from THIER own bank if person cashing check doesn't have an account there. Maybe should change name to bank of mexico. Reason I canceled account there was for crappy service and one of their employees selling customers' personal information to ID thefts several years ago. Things don't change I guess.

Each time I arrive at this location the branch manager gives me a hard time. I’m not sure if it’s Because I am black or she’s always in a bad mood but I would not recommend going to this location. I usually go to fax items to the claim center and each time there’s always an issue. Before assisting me she assist all the other customers and expect me to sit and wait. I’m young but I’m not a child and know how customer service and banks work. If I could give a 0 review I would. Manager that I’m referring to is named Anaiz Aguilera.

Horrible service and unprofessional language tone.Drove to the bank just to get a transaction History. took me almost an hour just to get a piece of paper that can just be printed directly from the system. As this is not available online. too much waiting time.They could not even process card additional authorize user of the same bank card.

After being told my deposit would be held from Aug 19th to Aug 25th because I had a new acct.... I was notified at 851pm that my entire check would now be held til Aug 30th.Granted I'm a new acct, I think this is some shady stuff here. The teller, my deposit slip and my app all said I'd have the remaining amount Aug 25th with 225 available the next day . Imagine any other place holding your money hostage like this. Terrible accessibility.

HORRIBLE! Very rude customer service even from the “manager” i waited in line for her to tell me she couldn’t give me a temporary card because “she didn’t have time for me today” lol. you don’t say that to people she didn’t even offer to put me on the schedule the next day or next available. very unprofessional they really need new management.
