“Really great experience with this store. My phone speaker broke while I was working.Jennifer was cranking through customers in a long line and multitasking a ton of things at once for all the repairs and battery replacements they had going on. Mitch had the knowledge to diagnose my weird speaker issue I had with my phone. They were able to get my phone in while I waited and had lunch. “Today Wednesday 1/10/24, my wife stopped by about 8:30 am. Her 2020 Terran engine light was on. Nothing against Dealership's, if she brought it in to be check out it may have been $100 or so to analyze it. The gentleman diagnosed it saying it has a gas cap issue. It has a cap less, the hose just enters the car. He look at it and the light went out about 10 minutes later My wife wanted to give him a tip, in a nice way he refused to take the money. Great Job !”

“I purchased my 2nd battery from BigTime, (the first was almost 3 years ago) this battery was purchased March 29, and after 2 failures to start I emailed Donald Sweeney with my dilemma, he said no problem and 3 days later I have a new replacement battery. I believe the previous battery was damaged in transit as it had a bent pole and leaked in the box. This one was wrapped very well, no damage and I expect it to last over 3 years.Thank you Donald, I am pleased as punch with the timely delivery and great customer service.”

“I'm so glad to see these great reviews! My dad found this place for me so I didn't know what to expect when they helped me out a couple years ago, but what I got was good and easy service, easy scheduling, they come to my place to do the work and were pretty much in and out. I did have some issue recently, and they backed up their warranty quickly and without question. Would definitely use them again or recommend to a friend.
