If I could read this two stars, I would just go across the street to Walgreens. It's not that hard people look down on me because of some stuff that I can but anyway I always like to take a nice bike ride and I would rather go to the Walgreens because when I went to CVS one time, there are some weird kids following me and my Brother around and they were saying daddy daddy, so we were trying to run away but then over loud intercom. The person started yelling at us and telling us to go so we had to leave and we couldn't buy but oh yeah we did but like it's just a little awkward anyways, I would rather go to gas or Walgreens

Cvs in shorewood illinois. Someone tricked us to signing up for the cvs care plus or something. Misled us that our credit card is needed but won't be used then I was surprised to find out that there was a $5 monthly fee. I'm a very busy person and so I was on the phone waiting for almost an hour for customer service. I eventually drove to the store thinking it will be faster only to find out they can't do anything at the store. Since I didn't know I had to pay a monthly fee, I didn't bother making an account, then it was a pain to log into the account. Waste of time and energy. And now I have to type this and waste 20 mins of my time.

I absolutely love this pharmacy location. I had my last straw with the Walgreens we had been using and started using this pharmacy instead. Prescriptions are always ready on time, the staff is attentive, and today in particular they had my daughters prescription ready from the Minute Clinic in only 10 minutes and got me in and out for a flu shot in the same time. Will continue using this pharmacy location for sure!

Terrible experience with the pharmacy in the last two weeks.First, I went to get the prescription from the clinic and the pharmacist didn't even look at me and said that it was on the shelf. Went to get the prescription and came back to pay and I overheard her say "why didn't he just go to the front and pay wasting my time" to another member and to which I responded "oh you wanted me to go up front." She felt embarrassed that I heard her she rang me up.Second time was the fulfillment of a drug I needed right away. They took my script and said they'll try to get it filled. These pharmacists were nice. Script went unfulfilled but it was not processed through insurance because of the type of medicine (even though it said to use an alternative generic on the script). Called the next morning and did talk to a nice pharmacist who helped me under the issue and came up with a solution. Later that evening came back to the pharmacy and encountered a different pharmacist who was really rude. She pretty much read the script of why it wasn't fulfilled and did not even ask about the conversation I had with prior pharmacist and before I could ask a clarify question she said did I have any more questions. Even before I could respond to that she asked again and repeated herself. I drove off. Still no script. I'll be going to another CVS for prescriptions, which is unfortunate since this is so close to my house.

The pharmacy department at this place is the worst I’ve ever seen! Twice they’ve caused me nothing but trouble. The first time they never filled my pill because it was “out of stock” but never informed me. I had to call daily to ask when I’m getting my meds that I needed!! The second time I go through the drive thru and sit there and wait 15 min just for me to get to the window for her to tell u me you’re gonna have to go back and get in line in order for her to run my goodrx code. A line that was packed and I had my child with me crying. She was not compassionate and mind you this was the pharmacist. That same day I switched to Walgreens across the street and it’s never been easier. Don’t use this pharmacy unless you want to be treated like garbage and not get your pills on time.

Can’t refill prescriptions, no way to get ahold of anyone in the pharmacy that isn’t automated, tried to call front end and they transferred me to pharmacy for no one to answer on hold and then it hangs up.

This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with, they can't get a prescription right. The whole process of ordering and panicking up a prescription is a multi visit tedious task. Called in a prescription that was expiring on 4/17/2022, this was on Sunday 4/10/2022. Automated line tells me it will be ready by 11 AM. I did not need it immediately so went when it was convenient on 4/12/2022, waited 10 minutes in the drive through, only to get to the window to be told they do not have anything for me. Upon further questioning I was told the prescription had been inactivated, no one could say why, they would have to call my doctor, the pharmacist gave me three pills to tide me over. So now I will need to make a second trip. Get a notification via text 4 days later that my script is ready for pick up, I get there, wait another 15 minutes in the drive through, the tech comes and gets my information, starts to ring it through and says OH! And walks away. I had noticed she scanned 3 items, I was there to pick up one. About 5 minutes later an actual pharmacist comes over to talk to me, seems the doctor had prescribed 3 different doses of the same medication, two of them I use, the third I do not. I would assume that they would have looked at my records and saw that I did not use it, but no. Then I noticed i was only given a count of 45 with zero refills and a days supply of 90, I don't know how their math adds up. Pulled over and went into the store to talk to the pharmacist about this, said he would have to talk to the doctor again, I have an appointment coming up with her so I told him not to bother, the whole time I was talking to him at the window and in store I was getting nothing but attitude. After the first problem, called customer care, spent another 15 minutes on the phone and was told I would be contacted by the regional manager in 24-48 hours, got nothing. Called after the second incident, and got the same answer, I am not expecting a phone call

This pharmacy is ill equipped to handle orders. The first time I went pharmacy tech told me they did not have my insurance. I went home to get it and call in with the info. This pharmacy does not pick up the phone. I had to call as a provider to get an answer. Then the tech tells me they have my pharmacy card already. The second visit within a week, I was waiting with my sick son. They had me sit for 15 minutes to tell me they are out of amoxicillin. The pharmacy tech then proceeds to point to a bunch of crates and tells me they have not unpacked yet. She then informs me I need to get a script from the doctor to go to another cvs. That I should call to make sure it all works out. I lost it. As a consumer you should want to help and facilitate the situation because it is your fault you do not have this. This pharmacy is a waste of time and they should be ashamed on how this place is run. I will not go back and I think other people should not waste their time as well.

Very poor customer service. Almost an hour wait to get Covid vaccine shot. 7pm appointment and no answer yet when they will get it ready.

Not great. I have to use them because of insurance. Prescriptions not being filled on time or at all would be main problem.

The older lady at counter wasn't the friendliest" 6 foot" rule yet the self check out lanes and the main check out are right next to eachother.
