I went in for a drive shaft replacement I wanted an aluminum drive shaft which I thought they were replacing instead they put the same old OEM drive shaft on that's the reason I thought I was paying $2,100 is what the guy told me because I was getting aluminum a drive shaft not the case way overcharged for a factory drive shaft so now I'll be taking that thing back and replacing that in a couple years when it goes bad thanks Doc Auto all for nothing

They straight up lie, use scare tactics to pressure you into making rushed decisions, way overpriced too.
Told my mom she needed new suspension right away or the tires would fall off on the way home. Checked with a mechanic friend and found out they completely lied. Everything was fine. 2 years later and the suspension is going strong.

Went to get an inspection and they quoted me 7k for a bad transmission but wouldn't tell me what was wrong with it. I took it to another shop and found out it there was nothing wrong with the transmission. Don't go here unless u want to get scammed.

Had a bad engine, found this place through Carmax's partnered repair facility list. Bill helped me through the warranty process and made it seamless. When they got all the parts, they got the engine swapped out in one day. Great shop and would go here again.

Prices are fantastic they get to know every customer. Very through with their work, everyone in my family comes here (me a 17 year old female my 42 year old white mother and my 42 year old Mexican step dad). Overall I highly recommend this place I brought my used car to get looked at they were honest and told me what really needs to be fixed what can wait and more. They are also very quick with their work!

Great place, great communication. My daughter had front end issues with her 2016 Jeep Patriot needed tie rods, bushings and control alarms. Talk about a quick turnaround is an understatement. She had her car back and she was back on the road off to college within 48 hours. From the clerical to the mechanical they were very informative and clear with everything that needed to be done with the vehicle as well as warranty information and insurance issues and any out-of-pocket expense. It sounds funny to say but I look forward to doing business with them again if I ever have any more automotive issues.

The manager, Bill, was always straightforward, a quality I appreciate and respect wholeheartedly. I had two separate breakdowns within days of each other, neither related, but, both involved the cooling system. They spent extra labor time the second time around making sure the system wouldn't cause any other issues and didn't charge me for it. This was my first (and second) time patronizing Doc's and they are now my go to shop for future services. Thank you Doc's for an easy, enjoyable experience. Family Businesses RULE!

Can’t say enough, they just installed Borla exhaust on my 2004 ford thunderbird. Technicians (mechanics) we’re great completely respectful of my car, knew what they were doing and as some car people would understand they wiped down exhaust after installation (fingerprints and stainless steel don’t mix) before starting. Thanks again guys
