“The store is clean and the checkout service goes smooth. The only gripe I have is when I'm handed my receipt, it is unreadable. This has been going on for a lont time. When will this get fixed?”
“A nicely laid out store, has a little bit of everything for good prices, and is in a really convenient location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Happy I don’t have to drive out as far as other stores for a quick little grocery/supplies run now.”
“The two ladies that were working were extra friendly and super helpful. We were having some problems with the coupon but they were patient and kind and helped us figure it out. Lovely ladies”
“(Translated by Google) I loved the small place but there is a little bit of everything. If you are looking to save. There you have a place!!! Don't stop visiting it!(Original)Me encantó pequeño el lugar pero hay de todo un poquito. Si buscas economizar. Allí tienes un lugar!!! No dejes de visitarlo.!”
“Always stocked up. Sometimes things go pretty fast because there's no other store in this area.
The store is clean and organized. The employees are professional and courteous. ? Update: Family Dollar is still on top of their game. Keep up the good work ?”

“This is my favorite place. The store manager is the hardest working person there. She does everything to make the store presentable. She is only one person though. Sometimes the shelves are empty and u see her in the aisles doing her best. Get her some good people to help her”
“Great and friendly staff. For 2 days they had a hiccup where there Internet was down and they could accept any cards and it was cash only. While inconvenient, they did have signage displaying this information before you walked into the store and at each register so you were aware. Even throughout this going on (and I could only imagine being yelled at) they still provided excellent service with a smile and friend attitude. Thank you for all you do Minooka DG.”
“Super awesome store with super awesome ? cool nice friendly staff with excellent customer service. I always love to shop here they carry groceries to gifts for love ones. I don't mine driving the extra 30min. They're always very excellent selection of products. It is always very clean and well organized. I love love this store and that including the staff❤️❤️❤️?”
“I am pleased to say, I have never been in a more clean and organized Dollar Store in my Life. The shelves were neat and orderly and the floors sparkled. I feel the manager, Rochelle deserves a shout out of praise.
Thank you,
Kellie”
“I love this Dollar Tree. It's a little bit cramped up in there but they had what I wanted that was the paper towels that I love so much and a lot of other things. I love this store”
“Natalia is the best!! She definitely is the face of Dollar General. Always greets everyone, let's you know when there is a sale. She works very hard, and no matter what, she always has a smile for everyone! We are lucky to have her in this community!!”
“I like it, it's good for shopping, but I don't like it because it's very neglected and messy. They should pay more attention to the products that they sell, all very messy.”
“This store is well kept and full with the groceries, I really like their service specially Ubaid has such a great customer service skill, I mostly go there 3 to 4 times a week. And it’s very convenient for me also.”
“I couldn't read the numbers on the receipt to do the dollar tree feedback survey. I really just wanted to give the cashier, Shirley, a shout out. She was really sweet and a very pleasant person. I hope she gets the recognition and raise that she deserves!”
“Even tho this location is on the dirtier side, this is my favorite Dollar Store to go to! And the workers don't talk much, but are very nice when they check you out. Plus, they always greet you when you walk through the door!”
“I've been going to Dollar General for a long time in Joliet right now I believe it's the best it's ever been. they have a very good staff very polite in helping. I definitely recommend people that did not like going there before to come back. it is a way different place.”
“Great selection of household items and everyday goods. There’s a wide variety to choose from, making it easy to find what you need in one trip. A convenient place to shop for the home.”
