Dr Robinson is always so kind and patient. He answers all my questions, and never seems rushed. His front staff is also awesome. My dog actually loves to go there....until we have to go in the exam room for vaccines.

After getting disenchanted with the "corporate" experience at our previous vet office, I was very impressed with the personable experience at this office from the original call to set up the appointment to the actual visit with the vet. I was given a lot of information on the breed of my puppy. Also, the front staff was attentive.

The vets and staff here are great! Very friendly and accommodating. We went through three different vet clinics when we moved out here 6 years ago. So happy we finally found Shorewood Animal Hospital.

I wouldn't trust my Murphy with anyone else, but Dr. Ken. He completed two major surgeries in Murphy and they both were a success. He is cordial and always takes his time to answer any questions I may have.

I had my son bring in our dog because he was behaving strangely. Blood work was done and results given very quickly at a fair price. I have been bringing our fur babies to see Dr Stephanie for a very long time when she moved to Shorewood Animal Hospital we followed. ALL of the veterinarians are very knowledgeable and caring. We have seen all of the docs here. The staff is great !!!

We recently lost our dear fur baby Izzy after 15 1/2 yrs. Dr Ken Overmeyer made a awful task more bearable . He was so comforting and explained everything to us as we held our baby. He was very empathetic and soft spoken. He has been our vet since he worked in Joliet in the 1980's. Dr Maria, Dr. Robinson, and Cathy at the front desk have all been wonderful with all of our fur babies meeting all of their needs. I highly recommend them. They are a caring group and it's hard to find that these days. If and when we get another pet, we will go to them again.

My dog is about to turn 15 and has been struggling with walking. I met with Dr. Robinson and he was so kind and he looked her over and we had a great conversation. He suggested I try a wheelchair for her since she had good muscle tone and was still interested in so much - like eating, going for walks, and playing - she was just struggling to walk on all fours. We got the wheelchair a week later and it's been a game changer for her. She plays again and is super feisty. We definitely recommend Shorewood Animal Hospital!

Impossible to get in to see a vet. I've been coming here for years and lately it is impossible to get an appointment in any reasonable time. I called to get my cat neutered and was told they don't have any availability until next year. Are you flipping kidding me? I had an emergency 2 weeks ago with my dog and they aren't willing to make any adjustments to get him in quickly. I'm done with this place.

We have been going to Shorewood Animal hospital for over 15 + years. We first saw Dr. Ken but now seem to see Dr. Robinson. We really appreciate how both Veterinarian's are so very kind and caring to our dogs. Thank you!!

i called asking for help or advice for my hamster that was acting sick, i talked to the receptionist on the phone and explained my issue she immediately said "well the exotics doctor is busy?" saying like as if i was supposed to know that?? how could i know what that doctor is doing??!! i'm not there? i had a simple question and she was just rude in her tone. When you were working with animals you should be kind and caring if someone has a question because you're dealing with someone's loved pet. just bad service. be nicer.

Dr. Stephanie is the kindest, most gentle vet ever. My dogs love her and I trust whatever she says. She has amazing knowledge. Dr. Stephanie is the real deal.
