We went in to add me to a bank account I wasn’t on yet and we were greeted by Mathew George, a personal banker. He was by far the friendliest banker I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. He truly takes pride in his job. Will definitely go directly to him if we need to speak to a banker in the future!

Called me with an urgent message, yet they will not answer the phone no matter what time of day you call! Never liked this branch and the attitude they give when you go into the branch is unbelievable for someone in customer service.

The ATM is always broken at the Shorewood branch. The times I've come here and there is always an issue with the ATM being out of order. And it's been replaced recently as well. This is such an inconvenience and there isn't another Fifth Third nearby either. How can a bank provide good customer service when their ATM is constantly out of order? Such a disservice and frustrating.

I went in to open a checking acct at the Shorewood location,, I was already skeptical as it is because i was switching from my bank of 20 years. I made a decision to try 5th 3rd. I walked in at 115. No one was in line they were not busy. 3 tellers and they said they didn't have time to open a checking for me. The lady told me it takes 45 minutes we don't have time. You can make an appt online since We're about about close. How sad we have exactly 45 minutes and you'd rather sit and chit chat then help a new customer.

Met up with Bailey Thevenot, he is very respectful and professional. Gave me a lot of advice and pointers. Definitely learned a few things just by speaking with him. Very knowledgeable person and wish to do more business with. A+

Such rude and full of attitude bankers. Came in looking to talk to someone and resolve so many issues we have had after banking here for 10+ years. TERESA was full of attitude and very unhelpful. She was unwilling to sit down with us and explain how to fix things so that the services we pay for will actually work as they are supposed to. Just told me to call the customer service phone number...which doesn't work because no one understands what's going on and we have to talk to someone new every time. Will never come to this branch again and will probably just discontinue working with Fifth Third.

Great customer service by Mathew George explained everything very well even helped me setup online banking and keep in mind this is an hour before closing he treated me like they jus opened the place very satisfied looking forward to doing business with this branch and banker most definitely

A 5/3rd better.. what a joke. The “Vice President” can’t help with anything. The tellers are unprofessional and do not care to try to help the customers. To make matters worse, when you call in to get assistance, they also have their hands tied.ITS 2022!!! WHY CANT I SET UP AUTOPAYMENTS ONLINE OR ON THE PHONE LIKE EVERY OTHER MORTGAGE SERVICER ON THE PLANET?If you can avoid banking with these unprofessional “bankers” I would recommend it.*** JUST as I imagined, that “VP” never sent my auto payment information to where ever it needs to go. So now I get to stay on hold with “customer service” to make a payment.Also as I imagined no one at 5/3 cares.

We stopped in yesterday to start a checking account. It was really close to closing time and our service representative, Bailey Thevenot, had no problem setting up the account for us. I know a lot of people would've turned us away, but Bailey is not one of them! You have a great employee there who cares for his business and his customers. Thank you for the fantastic service!!
